“Hawthorn Suites - Sweet Deal”

The hotel was under a bit of upgrading and renovation. The construction crew was AMAZINGLY conscientious in their efforts to minimize disruption to the hotel guests. JUAN, our breakfast chef, was fantastic and accomodated our every need with a smile and a willing service attitude. The room was spacious and had all that we needed for relaxation as well as business.

Really nice hotel. Convenient to campus. Breakfast included!

“Very nice room”

My room was huge. Two double beds, a living room area with couch, arm chair and coffee table. A desk/table and a kitchenette. Clean and comfortable. AC worked well. Quiet stay. Check-in clerk could use a lesson in making eye contact and smiling. It's not that hard and makes people feel welcome.

“Odd room availability”

We had requested an accessible room on the lower floor, and the desk clerk got a bit huffy when asked if there was one on the first floor. There were no accessible rooms on the first floor at this location.

“My February Trip”

Our room did not have any heat and it was a bitter cold, windy night. We slept in hoodie sweatshirts, sweatpants, and socks. I woke up with a sore throat and am still sick three days later. We stayed here last fall and everything was perfect, so we decided to return in February. The employee at the front desk was very polite, but couldn't help us.

Standard hotel suite. Currently under remodel. Great breakfast selections.

We had a very good experience and will definitely stay again. Hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and the complementary breakfast exceeded our expectations.

“Recommend Hotel”

The room was roomy and well kept. Breakfast was very good. Only negative, alarm went off at breakfast and sounded for a good 10 minutes. Nothing was ever said to those of us eating breakfast whether to remain calm or exit the building.
