“VT Visit”

I booked a room with 2 queen beds for 4 people. When we checked in and got to our room, the room was a king bed with a pull out couch. I went to the front desk seeking a room that we had requested. The lady at the desk at first was trying to get us to keep that room because all other rooms were booked. She tried to say that booking through Expedia doesn't guarantee the room type I had booked. I told her that we booked the room 2 months prior and that there was no way we were sleeping on a hotel couch for 2 nights. She was very confused with what to do. Apparently a single guy was waiting for his room, which happened to be a double bed room. At first, she switched us with him but then ended up upgrading us to a 2 bed suite because we were checked in and he wasn't. Whatever happened, happened. They were accomadating and my family and I ended up having a great stay. I would definitely stay their again. Otherwise, this would have been a completely different review.

I love a clean, comfortable hotel. This was one of the nicest I have stayed in. It probably helped that it is a newer place, but that's one of the reason for booking. Felt assured it would be clean . Will stay there again in the future.
