“relaxing and convenient”

found the hotel to be very accessible,check-in went smoothly and the room was clean and inviting.Being adjacent to a restaurant made our day as we could walk to dinner instead of drive.we slept well without any disturbances from other guests or traffic in the area.check out was taken care of very efficiently.we did not take the time to participate in the continental breakfast.I will stop here again the next time i travel this way.

“Good place to stay”

The reservation was quick and easy. Arrival at the hotel was no problem, everything was ready to go, no issue whatsoever.

“Good Location”

I have stayed at this hotel several times and was satisfied each time. It is in a good location if for nothing else than the easy walk to the Cracker Barrel next door. The free breakfast at the hotel was nothing to write home about but when something is free you have no right to complain. The only thing that I did not like was the absence of a refridgerator in the room. That was a little inconvenient. Otherwise it was a good clean affordable room that I would reccommend.

“Convenient for I-81 travel”

Nice hotel for the quick night stay while travelling. Fresh cookies were an added bonus. It's always nice to have coffee/tea available in the lobby.

“A good hotel.”

Good location. The staff was helpfull and pleasant. The room was clean. The facility is a bit dated and the rooms were on the small side.

“A fair price”

We were visiting our daughter at school and were looking for a clean, low cost way to spend the weekend. We were pleased with the hotel and it met our needs, the breakfast was fresh and well tended to, lots of choices, good coffee and fresh fruit. I'm not a fan of the half open half closed bathroom, while blow drying my hair my husband was loading the car and the door is right in line with the sink and mirror, so watch out ladies and bring a bathrobe. The door leading into the toilet and shower area, kept getting stuck on the toilet lid making it necessary to lift the lid each time we entered or left the room, it obvious it had been like that for a long time. The open to the outside hallway is fine for good weather, but if the weather is bad you'll be a mess by the time you get to breakfast. I prefer a closed in hallway with an elevator to get to and from your car or the lobby. We would stay again, but probably not in the winter. The price is right for an overnight stay or weekend, but for a longer stay the room was small and cramped. I feel this is a fair review, some of the other reviews, in my opinion, were a little over the top.

“Would not try Quality Inn again”

The hotel appearance was nice, outside pool and hottub a plus, continental breakfast ok but in terms of room comfort; mattresses too hard get memory foam and pillows too soft. Hard to regulate room temp also.

“Room was decent, but the front desk staff was poor”

I went to check in and get a room. When I got to my room, there was someone else already there. Luckily for them, I'm not a thief. When I got to the front desk, it took them a while to find another room. I'm sure they gave me a room that belonged to someone else who would be upset later on. Room was comfortable and the continental breakfast was adequate.

“Okay”

There was a bedbug that crawled on my daughter's leg, musty. maybe the other rooms are better. I like the location walking distance to the restaurant. There's microwave and refrigerator so that was nice bec I have brought food. I might go back other restaurant in the area maybe worst.
