This is such a nice clean stay. the staff was amazing! and the Breakfast is the best I have ever had. Eggs, Bacon or sausage,O'brian Potatoes, biscuits and gravy, waffles, Oatmeal. All the pastries you could ever want, yogurt, Juices, Coffee, tea.. Lots of decent eating joints in the area and only 6 minutes to the Four season Curling Club/ Fogarty arena. Totally coming back to this hotel, nest time we curl at Four seasons!

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Great breakfast! Great location close to sports, shopping, and food. The only negative was that the rooms were really hot which made it difficult to sleep well. We eventually had to turn on the AC even though it was 40 degrees outside.

This hotel is next to the sports center which is very convenient. The entire staff that helped us gave us great customer service. Whether it wa the people taking care of breakfast or the desk we were treated like family. Great service!

The breakfast staff were very friendly and courteous. The hotel rooms are super clean and comfortable. For breakfast, I would suggest that the protein options not be pork-only on Sundays. Thank you.

There was no shampoo or body wash in shower, I went to the front desk and told them , they asked when they could refill them I said anytime they never came the entire stay 3 days 😡

Charged $20 for early checkin when the room was already cleaned and available! Did not fill shower dispenser and failed to fill when asked and scheduled a time to do ..room did not get cleaned until 4:30 and we had to find staff to get fresh towels to shower for our evening out …stayed two nights. Did not receive a $50 gift card either for a two-night stay promotion by Best Western Plus.

Your BW rewards gift card is sent to you via email from Best Western International. The hotel does not have the ability to send these ourselves. Typically you will see this in your email in 5-10 business days. If you do not receive it, you may contact the Best Western Rewards 800 number.You are completely validated in the frustration surrounding the service request, we failed you there and I sincerely apologize.I also apologize that you felt insulted by the 20.00 early check in fee and appreciate your feedback here as well. That is certainly not our intention with it. We have the early check in fee in place due to the fact that it requires harder work labor to ensure that we have an early check in option available for our guests who want to check in before the hotel check in time of 3pm. Our housekeepers, who already work very hard and long hours, also have to work faster and harder to make this happen, putting an added pressure and intensity on the work they do. We would have been happy to store your luggage for you, as you stated you had originally intended, to avoid this confusion all together.I'm happy to see that the majority of your stay was enjoyable and hope you enjoyed your time at the MN State fair! We hope to see you again during future stays with us!

Many room choices!
Fabulous choice of rooms--we opted for two kings with a queen pullout couch. All beds very comfy. Room very clean. Spacious bar area in the room so all could spread out a bit. Conveniently located near restaurants (Culver's next door, Five Guys within a block or two). Safe neighborhood.

We really like this hotel. I love the different options for room sizes and that they allow pets so we can bring our small dog with us. They have a nice pool area which is great for the kids too!

Housekeeping didn’t do their job.
It started out good. Room was clean and bed comfortable. We only asked that our towels be changed daily. We made the bed which was what we wanted. When we returned to our room it stunk like a locker room. Wet towels were still in the bathroom. The first time I took the soiled towels out myself and hung clean ones from the receptionist. It was downhill after that.
