Clean and neatPosted Mar 4, 2015
Cons: Upon arriving, we had to phone to get someone to the front desk. It seemed the place was almost abandoned.
Very few people stayed here the night we did. The hotel was neat, clean, and quiet.

Great hotel, but where to eat dinner?Posted Feb 11, 2015
With the exception that the hot water in the shower never got fully hot, the hotel room was clean, spacious, comfortable at a great price. I had business to do in town, so location was good. HUGE downside was that there were no restaurants open for dinner other than fast food: Subway or A&W. I ended up buying cold food at the grocery store for dinner. Had I known this, I would have stayed 20 miles north in Monticello where there are a few good restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I know this restaurant deficit is not the hotel's fault, but because of it, next time I come down here for business I will choose to stay in Monticello.

Hotel moyen sans charme mais parfait pour une ou deux nuit. Bon rapport qualité-prix. Les chambres sont propres et vraiment spacieuses même si la déco laisse à desirer.. Le petit déjeuner est assez copieux

Expected more of a Quality Inn. Entire place needs a makeover.

Newer place in a very quiet town.Posted Jan 20, 2015
Pros: Newer than others, I think. Has an indoor pool.
Location: Monument Valley, Canyonlands, Four Corners.
Fairly nice motel for small Utah town. Gateway to Monument Valley from the north. Nice room, comfortable. Only place to eat at night in Jan. was either subway or KFC on the corner, which is a combo convenience store, KFC and BOWLING ALLEY! It served our purposes as layover en route to Flagstaff.

OK, but just OKPosted Dec 24, 2014 on Hotels.com
I spent two nights here during a photo trip. My room was large and the staff was friendly. However, this property has some issues. The wifi crashed three times in two days (that I know of). The first time, the clerk insisted that everything was working (a personal visit convinced her otherwise), then she said that the problem was with my device. I finally convinced her to reset the router and that fixed the problem. (I don't expect hotel clerks to be IT specialists, and she was very friendly so I don't fault her.) I don't know if the issue was the router or the ISP, and the outages were annoying but ultimately brief. My bathroom sink had not been adequately cleaned when I arrived--the detritus of the previous guest was still evident. The toilet had a tendency to run and the shower wasn't terribly warm. Otherwise, the room was good enough for a couple of nights.

The motel clerk was wonderfully helpful.Posted Dec 15, 2014
Pros: The professionalism of the staff member with them I dealt.
Cons: The bathtub handle was confusing.
Location: I didn't have time to do any activities.
I was welcomed with a warm smile. The motel clerk suggested a great diner when I asked. And then the breakfast even included the good company of other guests. I will use this motel again.
