The best part about this B&B is the woman who runs it. Her name is Gertie and she is absolutely the sweetest person ever. We were late arriving to Blarney and she did not mind at all and gave my mother and I such a warm welcome. The B&B is a short bus ride away from the Cork Bus Station where my mother and I first arrived. In the morning, Gertie treated us to the biggest and best breakfast I have ever eaten, complete with homemade scones and eggs and sausages. It was such a nice weekend break.
