“Wonderful Stay”

Our room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed the coffee the next morning. The hotel restaurant was wonderful with very reasonable prices! Thanks for the wonderful stay!

“Good Alternative When Bloomington's Booked!”

We couldn't get a room in Bloomington due to a big IU/MSU basketball game, so this was the closest we could find. It's about a 20 minute drive from Bloomington. The hotel was very comfortable, and we would definitely stay there again if needed. There's a Steak n Shake and a big Wal Mart right at the same intersection.

“Convenient”

The Hotel is older but clean and close to area restaurants, French Lick Casino and Indiana University.

“Very good breakfast.”

The motel is very difficult to get in and out of with luggage. Parking is inconvenient, forcing us to load and unload everything at the front door. Very few carts available, especially in the morning for checkout. The cleaning staff seemed to have a problem replacing anything. They would take the dirty towels or old toilet paper roll or used cups, but not leave any new ones. So we had to continually trek down to the front desk each evening to pick things up. Also, not hot tub or fitness center. But other than that, it was generally comfortable and convenient and a fair price. The breakfast was the best that we encountered in our 2500 mile trek around the midwest. Fresh eggs, biscuits and gravy, lots of pastries to choose from, and more. We had no trouble finding something we could eat and be satisfied.

“a fine hotel with a friendly staff”

For the money the hotel is a good value. The bathrooms need updating and new caulking but the staff is so friendly and accommodating. For the price , the hotel is fine and I will stay there again.

“Room has minimal amenities. Toilet did not work and no staff available to fix it.”

Not a good experience - rooms are very minimal in amentities, toilet broke and was not fixed as staff not available - forced to use hotel lobby facilities locatd a great distance from hotel room. Very unsatisfactory experience. Would not recommend.
