Room was cancelled the day we arrived…we had to find another hotel to stay at…not sure how they think it’s ok to cancel a booked and paid for room and give it to someone else and leave a family stranded. Don’t book a room here unless you want to risk not having a place to stay when you arrive.

Hot tub wasn't functioning and pool wasn't heated. Staff was friendly. Kitchenette was a nice touch with dishwasher and real dishes and silverware. Room was clean and the hotel was conveniently located.

Nice hotel in a convenient location. Everything was clean, breakfast was great. The pool was nice but hot tub was out of order. Only complaint was the typical booming that happens between floors hearing people stomp around.

The property was beautiful and our room was perfect! The only thing that could be improved on was the breakfast. The eggs and sausage weren’t really warm, but there were plenty of other options!

Our family stayed 3 nights. There is no signage anywhere on the property that identifies the hotel, so had to walk in and ask to make sure it was the correct hotel. The staff were very friendly. The room was clean. The breakfast has some food choices that change/rotate each day. The food was ok. They offer complementary tea, coffee, and hot chocolate. The location of the hotel was convenient as we traveled to Nashville and Brown County Park. Bloomington drivers are not kind to out-of-towners.

Not worth the money!
This hotel is literally in the middle of nowhere. Breakfast was way below average and for a hotel with a “full” kitchen and grills available, there are few cooking utensils making preparing a meal almost impossible. Management finally helped out by finding a large knife and large bowl for me, but that was only after a bit of back and forth. For nearly $300/ night for college move in, we definitely suggest another property.

The room was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful with a good variety of choices. Location was convenient for shopping, less so for IU, if that's your destination. The desk staff was helpful and polite, but generally not manning the desk, so most times one had to dial on the house phone to get their attention (which was, however, prompt).

Our 2-room suite was very clean, comfortable and perfect for our family. The breakfast was outstanding - both the variety and the clean and well-maintained breakfast area. Service was also thoughtful, thorough and friendly. We would absolutely stay here again!

The breakfast attendant (Linda) was exceptional. Wonderful breakfast and excellent attendant. Very cheerful and really worked hard to give everyone the best experience possible. I will definitely come back.

Absolutely satisfied!
Our 2 bedroom suite was roomy and perfect! Each room had its own bathroom. The kitchen held all of our groceries and had plenty of room for me to whip up our dinner. The hotel breakfast was plentiful and had offerings for the vegetarian in our party. The hotel staff was extremely pleasant! It was nice that each room, in our suite, had its own thermostat and our bedroom even had a ceiling fan. The bathrooms were spacious. We plan to return and request the same room.

The staff is great at this location. Very friendly and helpful. Emma is so friendly and gets you checked so quickly. She gives you all the info you need and makes sure you feel welcomed. One of the nicest people I have ever met. She goes above and beyond.
