“dreamy”
there is no comparison between this place and the four other bloomington area hotels I have stayed in - the price difference is well worth it as at the other places I was scared to sleep in the bed!!!

“Homewood Suites Bloomington”
Fantastic Hotel. Close to IU, the entire facility is spotless. Would definitely stay there again.
“Best Hotel in Bloomington!”
The hotel was much more than we expected. The hotel staff were professional and helpful. Our room was very clean and much more spacious than it looked like on the internet. The breakfast offered a large variety of choices and there was plenty of everything.
“Very nice, and we had a great rate through Expedia”
This hotel was very nice, a notch above what we expected. And based on the high price we overheard someone at breakfast mention, I know we got a fabulous deal through Expedia. I wish it was closer to the IU campus, but otherwise, I have no complaints.
“Great value”
Wow. I would be happy moving into one of these rooms permanently. They have a full kitchen, bedroom separate from spacious living room. Wonderful free breakfast. Friendly staff.
“Great hotel in Bloomington”
Lovely, roomy hotel. A little out of the way, but worth it.
“Would stay again, but food needs a little "wow"!”
One of the nicest hotels I have where I have stayed! The condition and comfort were excellent. The pool/hot tub were very nice. Very cordial staff. Our only suggestions: 1) either less chlorine in pool or a vent fan - it burnt your eyes for the first few minutes because it was so strong; and 2) the food was mediocre at best - nice to have it but it would not be a reason to return. Breakfast hot food was warm at best, and needed freshened up more periodically. The evening meal "Fajitas" were frozen breaded chicken patties cut up and besides some hot sauce and sour cream, condiments - cheese, tomatoes, peppers, onions, pico de gallo, etc. were missing. It was edible, and a nice snack but not a light meal as advertised. The other venue similar to this where we have stayed - Residence Inn. It offered a very nice social hour with appetizers and drinks. It was just a better conceived plan there. Last words, in spite of food comments, still the best hotel I have stayed in in Bloomington.
“Great hotel room for the price.”
My husband and I and my 18 year old son stayed for one night. The room was spacious, and the pull-out bed was fine for my son. We didn't use the kitchen area, but it would be great for a longer stay. Our room was right next to the elevator, and we heard no noise all night. The free morning breakfast was okay, the hot foods were not so hot, but plenty of cereal, bagels, toast, scones, etc. and coffee and juice.
“I would go again”
I was very happy with our stay here. The The management was very helpful. The room was clean and big. The desk help didi not seem to know alot about the equipment in the rooms, but, when asking the management for help, they took care of what was needed. I would only recommend that the pool be scrubbed more frequent. They have a great breakfast, it was a little further from the university, but, was worth it compared to the area hotels.
