“Very interesting place”

I stayed at the Rosemount while in town for the Persimmon Festival. I arrived very late in the evening. Anticipating this, I called earlier in the day to notify them. As long as I arrived by midnight, everything would be fine. I got there at 10:30pm and they knew it was me, greeted me by name. The manager (I assume) showed me to my room and went over the details of the TV and AC. The room was quaint, just the right size with a microwave and fridge. The water pressure was appropriate and the water was hot. The bed was comfortable. The only negative thing I can say about this experience is there was a musty, odd odor throughout the building. I would like to contribute that to its age, but I am not confident that is the only reason. Of course like most odors, once you grow accustom to it you don't notice it any longer.

“Friendly and Helpful”

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was small, but being upgraded upon arrival was nice. We knew we weren't going to spend much time in the room so the size did not matter. Quiet area.

“hidden treasure, sorta”

It was a quaint hotel, but not with all the bells and whistles of newer hotels. Its price was right for what we got.

“Did not like at all”

Old and run down. Bath room door would close if you moved the bed out of the way. Ruff surroundings. To save money was not worth it. Go to Holiday Inn next time.
