“Glad I took the chance”

I was looking for a place to spend 12 hours for some rest before my appointment. Signature Inn Bloomington Normal was about a block from where I needed to be. When I arrived I was checked-in in about 2 minutes and found my room comfortable, clean and well furnished. I had a cup of coffee from their breakfast buffet the next morning, I was very pleased.

“Fantastic Hotel”

I have stayed in many hotels and motels, and I think that this one was the best. The rooms were great, the staff was wonderful and very helpful. The breakfast was good, muffins, sausage biscuits, donuts, milk, juice, coffee. The weekend we went was filled due to special olympics, but you could not tell. I will absolutely stay here again, in fact look forward to it.

“Can't wait to go back”

Very friendly front desk staff upon check in. Was very accomodating to my needs. Especially when I forgot to pack my husbands toothbrush. They gave us one right away. Room was comfy and clean. Hotel was very convenient to all shopping, restuarants, and Illinois State University for our son's graduation. The mall was just across the street.

Room was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Their breakfast could use some sprucing up, but otherwise, a very nice place to stay at a decent price.

We stayed there for one night, and it fit our needs perfectly. The room was nice, plenty of room, and in a good location.

The hotel was nice. Not glamorous, but clean and kept up. We only stayed one night to do shopping in the area, so we didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel. But the room and bathroom was clean and the hotel was quiet. We got a good night's rest.

“Great Staff”

The hotel staff was wonderful, our taxi broke down at 3 in the morning and the hotel found someone to come pick us up. They are great people there!!!!!

“Routine maintenance needed.”

The toilet handle had to be in a particular spot, or it would run continuously. There was a strip of wood veneer trim that was loose. Super glue would have taken care of it. I never used the dresser, but I noticed that one of the drawers did not appear to fit properly. These were all things that were easily remedied with a little attention to detail.
