This property was clean, and quiet for the most part. However, the front desk was lacking in knowledge, the phone in the room did not work for the entire duration of our stay, and there were no housekeeping services for the duration of our stay. If you wanted or needed something, you had to go to the property office, hope there would be someone there, and then ask for whatever you needed. The beds and pillows, though clean, were the most uncomfortable things I have ever slept on in my lifetime. Awful!

Lady that checked us in was very friendly & gave us a good recommendation for dinner. Room was large & clean. However, the refrigerator didn’t work & the wall outlet in the bedroom would knock the entire rooms power out if I plugged my phone charger into it. When I told a different person at check out of the issues, she mentioned it may because the room we were put in (203) was a “last resort” room when they’re very booked.
