Welcome to paradise in a log cabinPosted May 24, 2013
Pros: The key to the great stay here is simple - Becky and Bill, who come with the lovely room, abundent nature and great views.
Location: It is not in the hustle and bustle of Branson and is therefore an escape from all this. However, shops, shows and restraunts are only 15mins away.
This log cabin experience was everything we wanted. Becky and Bill are the niceest people you could ask for as hosts. Outside was heaps of wildlife and the birds were so colourful. We sat on our balcony overlooking the lake and watched nature go by. The room was fantastic with high wooden ceilings and beatiful log cabin furniture and decor. We have often dreamed about something like this but to stay here was perfect. Becky made great beakfasts everyday and we met other people there who were also really nice and interesting to talk to. We went fishing with Bill one day (Becky's husband and qualified outfitter) and had one of the best days ever - caught heaps, laughed a lot and seen some great scenery. At night, when we got home from the shows, we sat on the balcony with a beer an watched the lights over the lake slowley go out. After a geat day in paradise we slept effortlessly in a truly comfortable country bed. These are great people with a great place to stay.

White River Lodge Branson MoPosted Mar 22, 2012
Excellent, excellent and excellent. My wife and I had never stayed in a bed and breakfast before... We were put at ease right away... the owners were very friendly... the view was breathtaking... very quiet location overlookng the lake... the breadfast was excellent... very nice place to get away from the everyday grind. Branson is only a view minutes away.
