Property is very old but has been updated and was clean, tidy and quiet. There was no hair dryer, rooms are small and can hardly shut the front door, due to the bed. The room smelt of strong bleach and took a while to clear. The cleaners should use another product. It's a motel, not a public toilet block! You check-in and check-out yourself, there is nobody home in the wheelhouse.

This is an older motor lodge - think vintage Route 66. Room #11 was spacious. Bathroom was retro and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Parking right outside of the room. Entry door needs weatherstripping replaced, as cold air and light came in through the sides and bottom of the door. Carpet also needs replacing. Within a 10-minute walk to Scenic World and Echo Point Lookout. Within 2-3 minute walk to bus stops, but beware they are not always on schedule. Not conveniently located to restaurants and stores - need to take bus into town or walk 20 mins.

The staff are very accommodating and very kind. It’s actually our 2nd time staying at 3 sisters and if ever I need ti visit the Blue Mountains again, I would definitely book this place again and will highly recommend it to my relatives and friends.

We were at the motel half an earlier before the stated checked in time. The lady at the reception checked us in. Room is basic and clean. There is no counter top or shelf to put our bags. In the evening, we couldn't find the hairdryer. I told reception about it the next morning. Housekeeper left a hairdryer in the room.

No one at check in, had to call them up to find how to access room. Could not access the visitor info which appeared to be in reception but could not access it. Very clean hotel with new sheets etc. Well maintained block and good sound proof. Contactless check in and out. Only down side is the beds are too soft and we got a bit sore back next day. Very convenient 👌

We stayed in room 18. Excellent location, room cleanliness and staff. The shower water pressure is outdated it would be nice to have strong pressure and constant 🐵🚿🔨. Apart from that everything else was good. My daughter liked the milk in fridge 🍼. My son liked the tv and watched South Park🐢🐢🐢. My wife liked being able to walk to 3 Sisters.

Our Month Away in NSW
Great location to Scenic World and Town Centre. Older style Motel and very very small older styles rooms. Comfy bed and easy parking outside room. Didn’t stay to holiday in room so was fine for our needs. Ceiling in corner collapsing and is in some need for repairs.
