“Excellent staff and centrally located”

We stayed for 2 nights. The staff were great, from the reception to the breakfast area. The hotel is in the heart of Katoomba. Will go back there again.

“Won't being going back”

Old motel with tired furniture apart from the bed which was comfortable. No hand basin in bathroom and had to use kitchenette basin for shaving, washing hands etc. Noisy from creaky stairs and hallway. Public areas and rooms were excessively overheated which was sickeningly unpleasant. Comprehensive cooked breakfast provided but the area is crowded and cluttered. Motel is sited handy to town centre.
