After driving for over 6 hours, the desk employee told me that my reservation that had been booked a month before had been basically bumped because they had been "overbooked". A manager eventually found us a room after being on hold with Expedia for over 45 minutes so we ended up staying. Property was a horrible mess of trash in the parking lot, rusted doors, mildew ceilings, bent towel racks, shoddy walls, broken bathroom fan, swampy broken swimming pool, etc. and lots of what seemed like long term construction guys, yelling and driving off with loud truck mufflers. The room was "passable and seemed clean enough, so I'm sure it was fine for long term guests and construction workers. Do not recommend for families though. I should have known from the cheap price. I've learned my lesson.

Asked for non smoking. I couldnt sleep there it was a smoking room In the back of property. A d8rty dark outside hallway with an old broken a/c that looked like they forgot to get rid of it was right outside the door.

We apologize that your room smelled like smoke did you inform the front desk. We will get more lighting for the back but we have someone walk around the building every 2 hours to make sure everything is good while our guests are resting.

Kinda good, kinda bad
Staff was very friendly and the beds were very comfortable. It was quiet. We were there for 3 days just to bathe and sleep only. It’s in poor shape and dingy and dirty. It needs a complete remodel. It’s where workers stay. And I wouldn’t stay there with my family, but for what little were in the room it was OK if they spent some money fixing it all up, it would be pretty nice.

We are remodeling our rooms and there is no noise after 7p because the guests have work the next day unless a train comes through which I can't do anything about that. Did you notify the front desk of the noise anyone that is noisy after 7p will be given a call and possibly asked to leave if the noise does not stop.

don't often write reviews but this place deserves one. bathroom (tub) was in horrible shape & towels were threadbare at best. toilet seat was broken ... really made me rethink value for money as this was a less than ideal experience. I will not be back & will be rethinking this chain as an option entirely.

Was working nights in the area and went and asked front desk (manager) if I could do a late checkout (2 or 3pm) was told no problem. Housekeepers knocked on door at 10:50am. I explained I was giving permission to do late checkout. Housekeeper become rude with me but I explained nicely that front desk gave permission. Lay back down phone rings they are explaining it’s 20$ extra to stay till noon and if I stay after that it’s another day. I pack up as quickly as possible and take belongings to car and go visit front desk and the lady (manager) that told me “sure no problem to do late checkout) was standing right there. She flat out lied and told me she didn’t tell me that and it was going to be another day if I stayed till 2 or 3. She told me I should have asked and got very ugly. Have never been treated this way by other places to do a late checkout when working nights. The room itself for the price was poor. Holes in wall and ceiling ( popcorn ceiling paint) falling off. The carpet in the room was grungy didn’t dare walk barefoot. Notice a few police officers in unmarked cars and only wearing badge scouting out place. I was on bottom floor the room beside me and above me was very loud. Not a place I would recommend especially after being lied to when the day before was told “sure no problem”!! Manager seemed upset I even came up to desk and questioned her about our conversation the day before in front of other staff. Overall poor customer service.

Terrible! Absolutely awful! Got checked in and then they came to my room later, (after 10 pm) and told me I had to switch rooms. So, I did that. My new room was disgusting with dirt and mold everywhere. Then, the police showed up at my door and has to search my room because someone on the property was dealing drugs! Worst experience in a hotel I have ever had!

Sir you needed to pay for your stay you was asked to do so 3 times. I understand about family I have extended family here working. Please understand you was supposed to be here by 11a to pay didn't come even when you got home from work it took until 8p to even get you to the office to pay. We are however sorry you feel this way.

It was an ok place BUT new carpet almost prevented us from opening and closing door, could be fire hazzard.Stairs were rusty and pealing, could easily fall. Beds were comphy, breakfast and staff were very good.

Staff was friendly. Rooms are need of repairs. Bathroom tiles are missing and tub was not cleaned, there was bits of grass and dirt in it. Entrance door was pretty warped but, it worked and locked. Sidewalks and surrounding area was littered. Walls definitely could use fresh paint.

The check in was good. Evrything else went down hill. The first room nobody could get the tv to work. I was given a different room. Some lights did not wok. No water stppers in the sink, etc. They told me the stuff would be fixed. Two more days went by and nothing got fixed.

Room smelled musty with a hint of smoke, even though it was a non-smoking room. Bathtub/shower was old and didn’t look clean-we decided not to use it. Breakfast was great-included scrambled eggs and sausage.

The property was nothing to ride home about. We picked this hotel because there was some nice pictures of the rooms and the pool looked really nice. But when we actually got here, uh oh. A nice refreshing dip in the pool with the kids after spending 10 hours in the car was what we were looking forward to the most. The pool was empty, no water in it. Closed. The main reason for picking the location is for the nice pool and the closeness to the highway. We were already tired from the trip and had already grabbed dinner from in town. We were very limited on our choices so we decided to stick it out. Shower was so dirty, none of us wanted to use it. Bath towels had visible stains on them. The sink wouldn’t drain properly. The AC unit was in bad condition, it would make noises going up and down. I woke up at 1 am thinking it was time for us all to get up…..that’s because there are lights outside this hotel, that are like lights at a football stadium. So bright and so many of them. Don’t stay here, whatever you do, keep driving to another town. We wasted our money being here, but it truly was my fault for not reading reviews from other sites. Sorry Expedia, but you dropped the ball too. There was nothing in the listing about the pool being closed. I feel like a terrible parent because I had to tell my kids they couldn’t swim when they were looking forward to it for hours in the car. If I wouldn’t have been charged for the room, I would have definitely stayed elsewhere.

You didn't ask about a pool at check-in or we would have informed you. I have called all the websites to take that off because it has been down since COVID started. All you had to do was come to front desk we could have took care of you right away. We have lots of lighten to help people fill safe. At anytime you could have come or called the front desk and been taken care of. We do apologize that your stay wasn't the best.

On entering, the room obviously smelled of dampness and mold. Breathing was difficult. We would have left then except we had paid online when we booked and felt we could not afford to go elsewhere at the time. We turned the ac on and left for dinner. When we came back3 hr. later, it was easier to breathe. It was then we discovered black mold/mildew on the walls in the bathroom. We mentioned this to the guy at the desk when he came to fix the tv. It took him 2 trips to the room to find remotes to operate the tv (2 different remotes were required), no response to the mold complaint. The fridge was not on, we discovered later, but it hardly worked anyway. 2 out of 4 lamps worked. We ended up taking sponge baths because of the condition of the bathroom. The breakfast provided consisted of coffee you could see through, 1 piece of sausage, and a pancake in a plastic package at 8 am. Bfast was to be served until 9. The desk attendant didn't ask how our stay was. We checked out as soon as we could. We will not be using Travelocity again. The bed was pretty comfortable.

The room smelled like nasty feet and had stains all over the floor. The mosquitoes were terrible in the room. The bathroom had trash in it and the door was chewed up and wouldn’t shut. The table tops and sink tops were sticky. Overall it was gross and if we’d had any other choice that night we wouldn’t have stayed there.
