Ok for a quick overnight while traveling for workPosted Oct 11, 2013
Pros: location; convenient to the interstate, felt safe, and was in close proximity to a variety of eating places
Cons: overall asthetics.
The hotel was in a good location, but the room was shabby. It looks like upgrades/improvements were attempted but also looked like a do it yourself job. The window treatment was obviously unlevel as were the pictures on the walls and the "scars" from the previous window treatment were visible. Outlet covers and such had streaks of paint, a new towel rack had been put up, but with odd screws, not level, and with the "scars" from prior rack not repaired, the walls were dirty in places and the toilet ran. Light fixtures on the walls looked new and were attractive, but were loose and moved a great deal when switched on or off. However, the bed was reasonably comfortable. The coffee in the breakfast area the next morning at 6:45 was only lukewarm ,which was quite disappointing as a good cup of coffee in the morning is a priorty.

Blythewood Comfort InnPosted Jul 18, 2013
Dingy room with no lace curtains on the widow and everybody in the car park could see in if I opened the curtains in the morning to get some natural light. Buffet breakfast possibly the worst I have ever had anywhere in the world. On the plus side, it is in the middle of Blythewood, if that's where you want to be. There are few other options around but if you're able to stay in Columbia instead, just do it. At half the price it would be approaching reasonable value.

Comfortable, pleasant placePosted May 5, 2013
Pros: The people are very nice, the pool is large, there's an awesome fitness room. The tv is perfect for gaming with my husband and the wi-fi is fast.
Cons: Parking. Boats were taking up all the parking spaces.
Location: There are some very convenient fast food places
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything about it was great except that we reserved a king and got a double and we were expecting a garden tub. We got married this weekend, and we're glad we got to honeymoon here for the weekend.

Comfortable and relaxing.Posted Apr 9, 2013
Pros: The beds were very comfortable. My wife and I got a good night's sleep.
Cons: The treadmill belt slips and is not safe.
Location: It is just off I-77 and is close to gas stations, restaurants, and some stores.
We stayed at this hotel going to and from Florida. The second room was much better than the first room. It seemed to be a remodeled room. On both stays, the beds were very comfortable. The rooms were clean and relaxing. The breakfast is good. Some parts of the motel need refurbishing, but overall we had a good stay both times. The treadmill needs replacing; the belt slips.

Good for over night stayPosted Apr 8, 2013 on Hotels.com
Staff was very friendly and check in and check out was fine. The room was sufficient for an overnight. The bedspread needed to be laundered and had a little odor. I realize that some facilities don't launder top bedspreads with every customer stay however, I think they should be laundered and replaced with a clean one at least onice a week. Breakfast was good.

Ok as a one night, room clean but furnishings somewhat shabby and worn.
