“Good for a 3 day stay”

The overall rating worried us. The beds were good and the hotel was 12 miles from the Ft. Jackson exit. There were good restaurants in the neighborhood. The rates were reasonable and the staff polite. The major negative was the television. The picture was not good. However, I did not complain because I watch little TV anyway.

“OK place to sleep and shower”

Nothing fancy. There were some cleanliness concerns in the bathroom, in particular. It was easy access for our agenda and was affordable. Didn't really expect more than what it was. I did, however, didn't understand why the shower curtain was so short that it didn't tuck into the tub, and didn't understand the walls being soiled around the toilet area. Housekeeping was very responsive with extra towels, etc. I might consider staying there again as a last resort. Was in good proximity to Columbia airport and Ft. Lewis. Served our purpose of a place to sleep and shower.

“Diarrhea Shower Curtain”

I would not stay here again. The main issue was the cleanliness of the bathroom. The shower curtain smelled like diarrhea and there were stains of what looked like bodily fluids running down the walls. There was also an iron stain on the floor, just saying. If you are just looking for a bed to sleep in, this place will suit your needs, although if you like any cushioning at all, keep looking. The breakfast was nothing special either, however, when the juice machine ran out, we told the woman at the desk and she said "Do you know how to change it?". ???? She called a man in to take care of it and he climbed on top of the breakfast buffet in his BARE feet in order to get behind the machine. So after we drank our foot juice we went on our way. It wasn't the worst place I can imagine staying but I wouldn't go again.

“Not impressed”

I chose this hotel for its price, location, and for the wireless rooms. When I checked into my room this week, I unpacked and ate the dinner that I had brought with me. Then, I tried to log onto my laptop computer. After several unsuccessful attempts, I went to the reception desk. To my surprise, the front door to the reception area was locked despite the fact that it was only 5.30 pm. I rang the door bell, and a young man came to the door. I explained that I could not access their free wifi, and he said someone would could by my room soon. Anyway, that did not happen, and I later found out that my room did not have wifi! As the hotel was not full, the staff agreed to move me to a room with wifi. It was a big inconvenience as I had already unpacked. Once in my new room, I then found out that the remote for the TV did not work. So, I went back again to the reception area where the manager gave me a new remote. There are too many things in this hotel which do not work! This hotel may be cheap, but you get what you pay for.

“Poor excuse for a motel”

Refrigerator did not have temp adjustment knob so could not control. Bugs in room-spider and three not known to me plus large fly. Bed sheet so thin, could see thru it. Pillows hard-towels rough. Breakfast poor-no fruit of any kind. Will not return to this one.

Maintenance issues abound here. I wound up staying at my brothers crowded place. The only positive thing I will say is that it's close to Ft. Jackson. I would recommend you find another place to stay.

“Nice Place, Would Go Again”

Worried about the negative reviews, but the place was nice, clean, no problems.

Arrived in town earlier than expected and was able to check-in a few hours early to freshen up and still meet with friends on time!!!
