Madrid, Spain's capital, is 200 miles (322 kilometers) to the northwest of Bocairente, while Alicante is 20 miles (32 kilometers) to the south.

Venture back into the past during your time in the Valencia area. Take a trip to some of the fortresses for which this place is renowned. Experience a little local culture under the bright blue sky at the region's much-loved gardens, open-air museums and open-air markets.
Experience a side of Valencia many visitors will never see by joining an expert guide on one of the city walking tours and cycling tours. When you hear the call of the great outdoors, follow the lead of active locals and spend a few hours mountain biking or horse riding.
