Nice hotel but lack of atmosphere & friendliness!

Posted Oct 7, 2013
The hotel was nice, not a 5 star though! The majority of the waitress looked fed up & bored, obviously coming to the end of their season. But the thing most disappointing about this hotel was the lack I atmosphere at night. The bars were not what I would call a bar, they were brightly lit, no romantic or soft lighting & no background music! Nothing to do but sit & stare at the darkness! If they change that it would be a very nice hotel to stay at!

Plenty of activities. Good food if a bit repetitive by the end of a week. Helpful staff.

Not 5 star

Posted Aug 8, 2013 on Hotels.com
Don't know how rating is done but this is 2 to 3 star at best. Internet useless hard small bed and all very basic. If you stayed here thinking it was 2 star you would be very happy but as is it is far below what you expect. Nowhere to get cash out and you need cash to make purchases with activities extra.

Spacious room, great service & all inclusive food

Posted Aug 6, 2013
Pros: Food - great variety, buffet with loads of choice and great quality. Beach bar is a great little place for lunch.
Cons: The inside restaurant is a bit plain & over-brightly lit (but cool and airy). However the outside eating area is lovely.
Location: Wow, a really short ride from the airport, and stunningly beautiful location..
Terrific hotel for a family or for a couple. Beautiful pool, lots of fun activities for everyone, excellent food. The all-inclusive principle is brilliant - take a larger size of clothing if you're staying for more than a few days!. Room was spacious and clean, and the aircon worked perfectly. Great service from all the staff - in fact what shocked me most was how rudely some of the guests (English/Turkish/Russian/American) treated the staff. Be polite and considerate and say the occasional "Please" and "Thank you", and the staff will be so surprised and grateful that they will remember you and be extra helpful! Great place - would definitely stay here again.

It's Ok

Posted Sep 26, 2012
Pros: Good size swimming pool, most rooms away form the noisy area, having a refit in 2013
Cons: Generally Buffet food was cold, my partner is wheat intolerant, we did discuss this with restaurant Manager, happy to help, but nothing ever done..!
Location: OK, between Airport and Bodrum Town, both accessible.
The hotel was looking tired, but is having a major overhaul over the winter months, this will help

It's not all inclusive. Rude staff

Posted Aug 9, 2012 on Hotels.com
This was the worst stay I had in turkey. Room was not ready upon arrival. Staff rude and had hard time with language. All inclusive was over at midnight. Staff were rude . Hotel was hot and in need of serious repairs . Bathroom floods with each shower . Elevators were in poor condition. No free wifi.
