Great hotel for kids- heated swimming pool, amazing water park, lots if kids club activities and a theme park! Amazing rooms- so spacious! But very disrespectful holiday makers- making noises late at night and bad quality loud/arrogant Russian and German Turks! Food could have been improved too- didn’t taste much and wasn’t fresh/hot. The lady at the kids restaurant made an extra effort with my little one and he loved it- so that was nice. They should get proper life guards near the kids pool as they were not watching the kids at all. One kid was about to drawn, her dad ran and saved her and life guards didn’t even notice! Overall great holiday and a nice place to stay.

This hotel is a fantastic place for kids with a lot of activities. Great water park for all different ages. Great staff very friendly. No too far from the city, all and all I give it two thumbs up.

Amazing stay as usual as this is my second time. However, need to mention some comments which may contribute on enhancement such as ; more focusing on room services, better response for clients requests which require many calls to achieve, receptionist and guest service should have more value on present the new hotels facilities and share more information, water parks need more readiness (several slides closed many times), showers are not good either in beach areas or water parks areas and require more focusing from maintenance team

Close to lounge area guest rooms was so noisy. Until 02AM there was noise of pulling the chairs and tables, same again early morning 5AM. We couldn’t sleep easily. In shower there was not any shampoo holder, we end up to hang plastic bag to shower handles to hold our shampoo. There was not any holder for shower towel to hang. Shower floors was slippery, there was not any hand holder. In the room there was table without chair. If you want to have tea/coffee please n the room no chairs to sit. There was unnecessary so bright lights n the room but it wasn’t any bedside reading lights. Only good thing view was perfect and cook chef was perfect. We ate so much delicious food. It was so rich all inclusive meal option.

would not recommend staying! Bodrum has far too many hotels and resorts to end up staying at a hotel with staff that does not respect its customers, treats them horribly and disrespectfully. they do not know anything about customers satisfaction, want to scam people out of their money and my issues with them was far from an isolated incident as all it takes is sitting in the lobby for a few minutes to see people coming in, screaming and complaining all day everyday. would not recommend at all! run!

Very unprofessional reception, we booked 2 sea view rooms. When we arrived, they told us that these rooms were not ready due to a leakage ( which is not a legitimate reason as this is a 5 star hotel and should check their maintenance on a daily basis), then they wanted to compensate us with a villa which is very far from the hotel’s facilities, when we rejected they forced us to use the villa which is a really unprofessional move considering this is a 5 star resort. In general, the staff are inexperienced and don’t know how to communicate with costumers, and when they try to they speak rudely. The hotel is really excellent considering the facilities and the food, but really poor considering the staff and service. I don’t really recommend going to vogue to spend your vacation unless they change their staff.

Забронировали улучшенный номер, по приезде никто не встретил, чемоданы тащили сами, напитки не предложили, девушка просто отвернулась. Заселили нас в стандартный номер, самый дешёвый. Убогий ремонт и старая мебель, мы сразу позвонили на ресепшн, сказали что номер не соответствует категории, фото и описанию. Мы заплатили на 20 тысяч рублей дороже за номер классом выше. Они уверяли нас, что это и есть номер улучшенный. В итоге после двух часов скандалов нам показали другой номер. Который один в один соответствовал фотографиям и описанию забронированного. Конечно мы переехали в него, но никто даже не извинился. Они так и стояли на своём, что номер дали верный изначально. Видимо в отеле так часто разводят лохов-туристов, заплативших подороже. Море не впечатлило, песок коричневый, в других отелях в Бодруме песок белоснежный. Порадовал только луна-парк для детей. В остальном, ничего особенного за такие деньги. А персонал вообще ужасный. Не вернёмся!

what a property, what a resort, superb.... all inclusive concept is really very good... everything is very good. I don't have a single reason to deny.... if anyone wants to visit bodrum , turkey... please do stay in this resort... its superb value for money....

Looks nice but far from it
At first the hotel seems luxurious and money well spent. This feeling had left us fairly quickly after the first night. The room we paid for extra because we wanted water facing was far from it, unless you like looking at trees hiding the small angle of water that’s available (photos included). The rooms were not clean and full of dust. The carpet was old. The furniture needed an update. The bathroom was okay but falling a part. (All photos included) And the worst part was the bed which was terrible. We asked for a second bed for our young son which came broken. After enquiring the first time about how bad the main bed was (had back aches all night) and how we couldn’t have our son sleep on a broken bed frame they provided nothing was done. Only after letting them know we are leaving due to these issues they changed bed frame 24 hours later. (All photos included because I wouldn’t want someone else to fall into the same trap) Dont believe the glamour of the marketing photos and website. You spend a great deal of money and find yourself feeling you have made the worst mistake of your holidays. I have more photos of this disaster of holidays than what I’m allowed to upload.

Fantastic stay
Our first room didn’t have a view but the staff were able to move us to one with a sea view - the hotel, swimming pools and spa facilities are lovely- the Ala Carte which you have to book in advance the day before was great. The beach location great too.

A bit old room, but overall is nice
Booked superior room for 5 nights, it was ok, just a bit old style room on wooden parts. Minibar needs improving, only 2 beer, and few non-alcoholic beverages, without any snacks. Food variety is not enough for ultra-all inclusive type of hotel. Hotel staff are mainly mix of Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, surprised very few Turkish staff. I must add , the service was really quick for cleaning tables and bring drinks, happy with their hard work. Beach was clean. Mainly families with babies, not really for couples though we enjoyed the time. Overall happy, but hotel needs improving on rooms and food variety.

Great hotel for family with young kids
Upgraded by reception on arrival from garden room to one on main hotel building. Room large and location convenient for dining, pool etc but quite noisy. Not sure what was located below or above us but the movement of furniture and other things started about 5am everyday. Sauna and gym great. Lots of good food at breakfast lunch and dinner. Kids liked food as Pizza, chips etc available. Staff very friendly at all times. Two nice pools. Beach small and man made. Aqua park with lots of slides. 10 min taxi ride to Bodrum.
