Clean, comfortable, and close to the autobahn. Great for a business stay.

Everything was ready as arranged well in advance and prepaid. The only negative note was that we had to pay an additional fee for overnight parking and that the in and out card to operate the parking gates did not work properly, so each time we left, we had to go to the desk to get that resolved.

“Good value for money”

At the time of booking, the hotel was doing promotions, so it was better value for money for us to book this four-star hotel rather than hostels. The hotel is right next to the big supermarket Real, which is extremely convenient. A 15 minutes walk from the Hulb train station is a plus too. The staff were very friendly and the double room was nice, quiet and clean, overlooking the outdoor swimming pool. The only problem we had is that the air conditioning didn't work, but luckily it was not too hot and we could survive by just opening a window. We will go there again if we see the good rates again.

“Take proof of payment”

Despite having paid in full in advance for this booking (via Expedia), at check out the staff insisted I had to pay them again in full. It took much pressure from me, the efforts of two members of their staff and calls to their head office to reveal that the booking was already paid for. A complete waste of twenty minutes which left me with a poor overall impression of an otherwise pleasant hotel.
