Brush up on your spanish it will help. All were helpful and nice. Had a currency exchange on site. I would stay there again.

“Viva Bogota”

Staff is incredible nice and corteous, technologie in the Hotel is up to date, security is great, the only issue right now is a cosntruction near by that makes you hear Jack Hammer very early in the morning.

“Secure but expensive”

The hotel was extremely secure and you had a solid sense of security from being there. But compared to local prices the rates were definitely inflated for the tourist and business market. Also there were a lot of genuine taxes added on at the end - nothing unfair - but it should be in the price you pay up front.

“Bogota”

Very nice hotel. The mattress was a little stiff or wore out. Security was good, many of the staff spoke English. Nice view of the city from the hotel eatery on the 11th floor. If I go back, I will surely stay here again.

The hotel service is great. The staff make you feel welcome. The only thing that they have against them is the selection of breakfast menu, my recomendation is to go else where to eat.

“Great North Bogota Hotel”

This hotel was quite a surprise for me. I'd really been looking for a hotel with air conditioning and found this one--Yes, I know you don't need air conditioning in Bogota but for a crazy Texan like me I do about 4 times a week when the sun hits just right in the mornings. The hotel was luxurious and far from the beaten tracks of tourist Bogota. If you want near all the downtown museums it will not be this hotel unless you want a taxi ride--which isn't that bad. The staff are exceptional, the menus and food are good and the 11th story restaurant has a view which is outstanding with low prices too! The breakfast buffet is included and with all the works. The rooms aren't anything to write home about but very clean and nice with marble bathrooms and all that and fantastic views of the mountains. Several good restaurants next door as well as fast-food too. And only 1 block from a great little children's city park. You'll love it I think.

“Fantastic Hotel”

I was very pleased with the Hotel, the service throughout was excellent, friendly and efficient. The quality of Hotel seems much better than the 3.5 star rating it was given. It has a good location bogota and an effective taxi service. The breakfast buffet was excellent and remember to try out the aquardiente!

“Outstanding”

We absolutely loved our brief stay in this hotel. We only stayed for a few brief hours, but we didn't want to leave. All of the staff whom we encountered were very accomodating and proffessional. We were impressed.
