“The staff was totally awesome, felt safe and treated like royalty.”

I would recommend anyone who enjoys good service to stay here. This hotel has everything, great breakfasts, bar, beautiful top floor pool/spa area and nice rooms. We have never been treated with such care at any hotel in the US.

“Worth The Money”

I would consider Casa Dann Carlton to be an elegant hotel. Even though one might say "Wow, that seems to cost too much.", I would counter that statement with "You Get What You Pay For." Casa Dann Carlton's Staff are very friendly, helpful, and eager to accommodate your needs. I did not have any problems at the hotel, and I know very limited Spanish. I would recommend staying at Casa Dann Carlton; you get your 'monies-worth.'

“Excellent Convention Site”

Th reason for my trip was to attend a World Television Summit which was held at the Casa Dann Carlton itself. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel at home. Excellent service throughout and I was very impressed by the fact that the hotel employees, from the reception desk, to bell-boys, to maids, all addressed me by my name. Excellent touch! Madkes you feel that you're not just another number! My only constructive criticism is to improve the poor lighting at the Business Center. They have very low wattage lamps on the ceiling of the computer room, which makes it very hard to work on the keyboard. I suggested small goose neck lamps next to every computer. I hope they accept my suggestion. Other than that, I wouldn't mind staying there again!.

“Casa Dann will not disappoint!”

Casa Dann Carlton is a top flight hotel. Everything is always the best as expected. I have stayed here 10 times in the past two years and I am surprised by their attention to detail every time! You cannot go wrong here! Elegant, clean, safe, excellent location, superior in every way. Highest recommendation.
