They cancel my reservation hours before my arrival
They cancel my reservation one hour before my arrival stating my card was fraudulent. I called the bank and no transaction was made so this was a LIE. Leaving me without room at 10:30 pm in Colombia. I was traveling with my mother. They guy in recepction was nervous the whole time. He gave our room to another people. They didn’t even send me an email saying something about my card nor calling. So again this was a LIE they just cancel for no reason

Cancellation without reason
I did my reservation on Monday and Friday at night (9:16 pm) fifteen minutes before arriving at the hotel, I received an email with cancellation saying that it was due my credit card. the same card was used some minutes after that in another hotel. So for my point of view, the interest of the hotel was to accommodate another people and cancel my reservation leaving me desperate in a foreign country at night.

Comfortable, clean and convenient Boutique-Hotel
This is a small Boutique-Hotel, secluded from the busy streets yet close enough to walk to great shoping and restaurants. Some previous coments of the hotel being noisy are true during the day, but it was nice and quiet at night. For the price this is a great hotel to stay at. I will make it a point to stay here as often as possible.

Good hotel in a nice area.
It was a nice stay, good sized room with desk and huge hanging space for clothes. The snacks/useful items box was good but the bed was a double not a queen as stated in the hotel.com app. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Upon checking in I was told staff would not honor the deal I purchased because they felt it was too cheap. One of our group said we would leave a bad review on the hotel and then the clerk threatened to call the police.

Good option for a budget hotel. Breakfast was repetitive, but they made eggs to your choice. Worst part about the hotel is the walls are too thin. You can hear other people's TV sets on, or an entire sonnata of deep snoring.

Stayed 3 nights. The staff have little English & failed to arrange airport pick-up as requested. The ground-floor room had a window which opened only on to a corridor; room was however spacious. The hotel is rather hidden away but the neighbourhood is OK (for Bogota).

There are better alternative in Zona T in Bogota
Ended up in the Casa Lozada because they were the only hotel with a triple room available on the night we were there. When we arrived they first put us in a double and I had to pull the hotels.com reservation to show them that we booked a room with 3 beds, only then they moved us to another room. The room had mildew on the wall, but otherwise it was clean. Staff was polite and somewhat helpful (altho I requested a quote to use their driver for 1/2 to tour the town and they never got back to me). Location is ok,

The hotel is not fancy, and the light in the rooms comes mostly from interior skylights into common areas. But the staff was friendly and cheerful, and the service was excellent. The room was clean and well-kept. I found it an excellent value at the price, for this location in the Parque 93 area.It's an easy walk to all the restaurants and shops.

Worst hotel i have ever stayed in
I mean it, i have stayed in hostels and hotels all over the world now and this is by far the worst place i have ever stayed. I dont take time to write reviews often but this time i felt like i have to to warn other people. Yes the hotel is cheap and yes it has a good location and yes it has good wifi, but it stops there. The walls if you can even call them walls are paperthin, you can hear everybody doing everything, you can even hear the front desk lady type on her computer and print out receipts.. So when the tv in the lobby is on at night or early morning and you wanna sleep, forget about it. The sheets that i had was dirty, the pillowcases had holes in them, the shower and bathroom was dirty and there was warm water for about 3 minutes. The breakfast is terrible, the staff is useless and i can go on and on but ill stop here. There are many hotels in the same area for around $20 more, spend that extra money you will be very happy you did.

El establecimiento tiene mucho eco, entonces si lo que buscas es descansar y a tu vecino se le ocurre hablar por teléfono, seguramente no lo harás. En el desayuno solo tienen huevos al gusto.

Kamer bij receptie was ZEER gehoorig. Douche/toilet/kraan nagenoeg twee dagen buiten werking en nauwelijks kunnen douchen of normaal toilet kunnen gebruiken. Ontbijt was simpel maar prima. Bed was hard. Ligging hotel was prima bij parque 93.

Este hotel vale cuando se consigue en descuento! Nunca iría al precio que tienen , de boutique no tiene nada- lo único bueno fue el recepcionista y la localización de resto tiene mucho que desear- una hermana mía se quedo una noche y me cobraron un resto, antes de firmar cuando hacen el check in cerciórese de leer todo- no hay privacidad, todo se oye de habitación a habitación , el cuarto no tiene ningún tipo de decoración, los toma corrientes están escondidos, el baño es terrible, para que salga el agua caliente se tiene que dejar el agua abierta x 5 min! Dios Santo! Donde se ve esto!

El hotel tiene todas las comodidades llenando las espectativas, pero el sistema de compra con la tarjeta es muy malo y riesgoso. Por q...!? 1.- compre con mi tarjeta de crédito por internet $230.000. 2.- llegue al hotel y hay q realizar otra compra al utilizar al hotel y anular la primera compra real. (Ahora estoy en el limbo de la posibilidad q me aparezcan dos consumos en el mismo hotel los mismos días. ($260.000) 3.- Si no llego a usar el servicio o desisto del mismo me es obligatorio pagar el consumo al banco. 4.- En caso q hubiese perdido u olvidado mi tarjeta de crédito, al llegar el hotel no me prestaría el servicio y dormiría en la calle. 5.- Es necesario q hagan aclaración para no causar traumas en el consumidor. 6.- No realizare nuevamente una compra con este sistema, ya q pondré en Riezgo un consumo obligario al Banco, pero no obligatorio al momento de la compra inicial para el hotel. 7.- Conclusión; el sistema de compra es muy malo, confuso y riesgoso. Gracias.

Hotel increíble
Excelente estadía, todo el personal increíblemente amable. Lo que sea que uno necesitase ellos siempre a la orden. Las habitaciones cuentan con un estilo muy moderno. Desayuno algo básico pero suficiente. Super recomendado.

Las camas son Súper cómodas con buenas almohadas y las habitaciones son amplias. Con cajilla de seguridad TV y muy acogedor y no hace frío tienen buenas cobijas y tbn wifi. El lugar es excelente cerca d todo muy seguro

Es importante que revicen el confort de la habitacion en la cual estuve hospedada,por ejemplo el extractor de aire del baño estaba caido quedando un hueco en la pared el cual puede permitir que algun animal ingrese, la toma de luz del baño no servia, el olor a cañeria del baño es muy desagradable.

No caigan!!!
No caigan en el engaño de este "hotel". No es un hotel boutique, ni siquiera es un hotel. Es una casa en la que te alquilan cuartos. No hay agua caliente, no hay privacidad, no hay buen servicio, el staff entra a tu habitación mientras no estás. Me iba a quedar tres noches pero después de la primera salí corriendo. Al decirle a la persona del mostrador que me iba a ir ya, sólo comenzó a reírse y me regresó mi dinero. No caigan. No es una buena opción.

Muy buen servicio...reserve un cuarto y mi llegada tuvieron que darselo a unas personas que se quedaron una noche más, asi que me dieron un apartamento también del hotel a l vuelta de la esquina. Caminar con maletas una cuadra no fue necesariamente agradable pero el apartamento costaba el doble de lo que había pagado, así que no me puedo quejar pues me respetaron el precio inicial de un cuarto sencillo. El transporte al aeropuerto fue en van y me costo incluso 2000 pesos menos que lo que me cobro el taxi de ida.
