“Artsy Gem in Bogotá”

This hotel is great. Wonderful decor with a convenient location. The staff are extremely helpful and courteous. I have stayed at Casa Real twice now, and will stay there the next time I visit Bogotá.

Rooms were spacious!! The service was comparable to Vegas hotels which is saying a lot. The area(northern) is very safe and clean. Just a couple of blocks from the hotel is a good hang out for tourists. Bar's, resturants ect..The people are friendly and your dollar goes a long way over there!

“Home away from Home, Literaly”

We just loved this hotel. You fell some welcome and everybody is always ready to help you, you don't even have to ask. The breakfast is amazing, you fell like staying with your grandma and being spoiled everyday. The location is excellent, residential neighborhood with lots of restaurants, shops and a nice park. We stayed for a week and did not want to leave. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone without a doubt.

Casa Real offers a spacious and comfortable room close to many shopping and dining options. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area 3 blocks away from Parque 93, where multiple restaurant and cafes are located. The hotel staff is extremely helpful, professional, and courteous. I look forward staying at Casa Real again upon my next trip to Bogota.

“Lovely b&b in cartagena”

Lovely little hotel, well located in Cartagena. Friendly, helpful staff, nice breakfast selection in the mornings. One example of the outstanding service was when I suddenly realised in the airport before my departure that I had left my coat and jumper in the wardrobe. As I ran from the gate back towards the airport entrance I ran into one of the members of staff who had found my clothes, rushed over to the airport with them, identified which flight I was on and found me just in time! Only downside I would say is that it can be a little noisy in the early morning when breakfast is being prepared - not a big deal - just switch the fan on in the room and sounds are drowned out!

“Great Hotel & Location”

The hotel rooms are spacious and clean. There's a couch, chair, and desk in the room. Bathrooms are clean and spacious. Staff are friendly and the hotel is very secure. It is in a very chic neighborhood with swanky restaurants at Park 93 within easy & safe walking distance. If you want to go downtown (La Candeleria), this hotel is a bit far, but only about 11.000 pesos in a cab. The hotel will always arrange transportation for you. Free breakfast in the morning is plentiful and good.
