Cosmos 100 Hotel & Centro de Convenciones

Stayed here for the 2nd time. Eventhough I stayed here before and had a good stay, this time i have the correct my review. I stayed in the other tower on the other side and as the hotel is located next to one of the main streets, you can expect to traffic starting at 05:30 in the morning. The windows are not double isolated and if you want one thing on a business trip, is having a good night rest. Hotel and location is good. Service is very good in the restaurant, reception. Dry cleaning works very efficient and bellboys are very friendly and helpfull. Also the food is very good although i didnt understand their theme of the week ´Gastronomy of Canada´. Didnt make much sense with the served food at the buffet at night.

Terrible especially the old part, never had a worse mattress, internet is free but unstable signal. This part was nice 10 years ago. Personell at the receotion not helpful at all and very complicated. In summary do not go there Price quality no worse.

Used for a business trip. Would use again. The hotel is clean and safe.

I rested a lot of times at Cosmos 100, because it's location. Neverthelees I've realized in the last years there is a lack of service. Maybe they have too many people and events at the same time, but really they don't act promptly and efficiently when you request a service. Examples: 1.- you request to reserve a taxi, half of the times they say it is not possible. If you are on a rush hour and no taxi available, you are done. 2. I've requested a Taxi (Van) for 9 people, they brought me on for 7, so we had to wait 20 minutes another car and pay twice. 3.- if you request help with the projector on a event room, they come 15min later and then want to charge (even if already included on the room price) the projector (lack of communication). I have more examples like those, but briefly, they don't communicate between them and when you request something you are not sure to get it.

Very clean hotel in the heart of Bogota. Despite having a room facing the main avenue, the windows kept a lot of the noise out. The breakfast buffet is well stocked with options and the service was great.

Very good location, safe area and good service, the mattress not comfortable to me.

As other people have said, bad location, noisy rooms, hard beds. For fun stay near zona g and for quiality stick to your known hilton marriot, holiday inn, etc. The food at the restaurant was good though.

As convention center, Its excelent. The food is ok. The neghborhood is awesome.
