Terrible Dungeon with rude, condescening staff

Beware! The free airport shuttle is NOT free. I was charged $21 and given some ridiculous story. The suite was large but worn and dated. The bathroom was so dark -even with all of the few lights provided on- that I could not safely shave. No bottled water in the room, just an empty refrigerator. No tissues. Breakfast was average at best. Requests for clean towels were ignored repeatedly. A request to extend checkout for 2 hours was met with a demand for payment of 1/2 of a night's stay. Staff was rude, unprofessional, condescending and even dishonest.

Great potential, not there yet

This hotel has undergone recent renovations, but still has a way to go. To begin with, the Wi-Fi is terrible in the rooms. They made up for that by bringing a separate indivdual router to my room. Secondly, my room had no air conditioning or heating. Again, they tried to make up for it by bringing a space heater, but that is just not the same as having central air and heating. Third, the cabinets and drawers were falling off their hinges, and they were very stingy with toiletry items (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, towels). On a good note, the breakfast buffet was free was excellent, the customer service was great, the airport shuttle (on Weekdays) was free, and the suites were very large (with two bathrooms, and a sofa bed in the living room). Once a few modifications are made, I would definitely stay here again.

Decepcionante aunque servicial

Location: Bien ubicado, aunque la zona es muy insegura por las noches
Viajé con mi mujer y aunque es un buen hotel, esperábamos bastante más, quedamos algo decepcionados. La atención del personal y la limpieza en general son buenas, sin embargo en la primera habitación que nos dieron, el baño se inundaba cada vez que tomábamos una ducha, así que pedimos cambio de habitación. En la segunda habitación ya no hubo problema con el baño, pero el teléfono no fucionaba. Estuvimos quejándonos del problema todos los 5 días y que estuvimos ahí y aunque el personal fue muy servicial, jamás arreglaron el problema. Algunas partes del hotel están viejas, y el gimnasio está hasta otra torre que queda como a 8 minutos caminando, así que el frío no es muy recomendable para hacer ejercicio. Además, uno de los elevadores no era muy estable que digamos.
