Shame to be called Crown Plaza. Only one not to have any air conditioning in rooms! I noticed their genius concept of placing toilet paper holder three feet away from toilet bowel!

Not Recommended: Poor Service and Hardware

It was a bad experience. I switched several rooms - the 1st one, lock does not work so one did not need a key to get in; the 2nd one, bathroom was flood by leaking water; the 3rd one, had mop smell - house keeping uses mop to clean carpets (in room and corridor) instead of vaccum. The hotel is surrounded by all kinds of construction and it's hard to get a taxi to go around. The reception first suggested I check out without an receipt. when I insisted, he put several days charges together in one day and it's horrible at claiming expenses. The rest of the staff barely speak any English and cannot help with simple request much.

Dissipointing that the hotels airport shuttle is only operating 8Am to 3 Pm according to Reseption Desk
