Stayed here multiple times. Price point is appropriate for a 4 star hotel but service is 5 star. Nice breakfast buffet with custom made items. All staff, from front desk to bell to housekeeping were friendly and helpful. Room is clean and quiet. Safe part of town. I'll be back

Good location. Quiet. Professional staff. Its a small hôtel so not too much traffic inside. No real spa to speak of but they can arrange services from outside providers. Suite was very spacious.

The lobby needs renovation . The room is nice . I had to wait until 2pm for the room and that was inconvenient. Dining options are great near the hotel.

Repeat Stay
As a repeat stay I can say that this hotel remains an excelent choice for stays in Bogota. It is 10 min away walk to popular restaurants and the best shopping in the city. It is also located in a plaza surrounded by at least 5 other very nice restaurants. The rooms are comfortable, very spacious & clean. The personnel is very sweet and pleasing. Breakfast choices are excellent and room service was quick to respond. Will definitely continue to stay here.

Declining service after multiple stays.
Hotel Coffe service in room was never refreshed, I had to ask at the check in desk each time. Asked to stay an extra day and was informed the Hotel was sold out, this is understandable, however the desk agent said he would make a note and I would be advised if there was a cancellation. The advice never came. Stayed at a nearby Sofitel for an extra night and the service was outstanding there , what a welcome difference.
