A Very Nice Hotel

Pros: Look/architecture: nice Noise level: low (be aware that if your windows are open, you will hear the traffic) Staff: friendly (borderline "cool")
Cons: For what I myself needed, nothing. My requirements are so low, a hostel would have worked. This was much more than I needed.
Location: Yoga at yogaspace on carrera 11D, along with an Italian restaurant next door. A mall (with theater); beer establishment across street; grocery store
I arrived around midnight of the first night of my stay. The check-in went smoothly, and they even offered me an upgrade, which I would have definitely liked to have used, but since I traveled solo, it wasn't necessary. The room was much larger than I thought it would be. In addition to the furnishings on the first floor (of the apartment), there's spare furnishings on a second level, in case you have company. Upstairs includes a second bathroom. The refrigerator was well stocked. As usual, the prices for these items are higher; I look at it as more of a convenience fee. Though my own requirements were very low, whenever I needed anything, I used the (small) grocery store across the street, and, for liquor, I went down the street on the other side of the mall to a small place next to Yogaspace and an Italian restaurant (carrera 11D; you need to try this restaurant, by the way...). The bed was comfortable for me; I never had a bad night's sleep. At no time did I feel disturbed in this hotel. Management makes an effort to ensure it. If you happen to hang out on the balcony, I think you'll see that the staff performs security checks at random times throughout the day, but, I can't confirm that. The check-out process went smooth, as well. Keep in mind that, for the apartments, there's a security charge. I didn't ask, but, I _assumed_ that this was "security" as in "well-being" and not the use of the security box inside of the room. I didn't complain.

I hope better next time

A little disappointing hoping it will be better next time. Some of the staff were very helpful.

'Executive Package' isn't.

'Executive Package' isn't. An hour in reception to check-in. Hotel did not realise it was a two night booking so second day, start over again. Very disappointing this time.

Great hotel, super expensive room service

Perfect place to stay close to Unicentro. Room service prices are way too high for the quality of food you get.

Hotel recommended in North Bogota, Columbia

Pros: We had the best stay for one week, far beyond expectations.
Cons: The food at the restaurant for dinner is not as good as the prices imply. Other restaurants are available ten minutes away by taxi.
Location: Everything we did required a taxi as the city is large.
Interesting architecture with beautiful courtyards and clean, quiet rooms with lots of friendly staff who speak English. Security present at all times and special taxi fleet on site.
