Liked the location, facilities at and near hotel, service was very good and room very confortable

I truly believe that is one of the best hotel, everything was perfect, also I had a beautiful view

Loved the atmosphere and service,but shower was broken and water pressure was dreadful. The window opening mechanism needs oiling or something.

Good location but in the apartment needs some maintenance. Located across Unicenter Comerical Center and a lot of restaurants in the area.

“Expected much more from the hotel”

I expected a much better service at the hotel. I had a lot of troubles with the internet, there was no such a thing like wireless internet in the room and when calling for support it took like 2-3 calls to get them coming and checking the problem. A complete day I was without internet service but yet it was charged by the hotel. The bathroom was really small and was not as clean as you might expect.

“They tried to charge me extra fees”

They tried to charge me for "extra person" eventhough the reservation was for two persons. That was done at check in and again at check out. I had all my reservation papers and still I was told they have to check with the manager

Dirty and bad services in the room. Rest OK. Food is not good either.
