“Recommended, but get out of the hotel.”

A brand new hotel. After two months of being open, you could tell that they were still tightening up the bolts a bit, but the Hilton in Bogotá is a class act. Great service and the staff are all "Muy amable". Do, however, visit one of the local drug stores and stock up on bottled water and soda instead of using the mini bar bottles. Also, don't miss the enormous number of excellent restaurants in the Zona G (Between calle 72 and calle 68 on carrera 5) in the neighborhood across 7th. Steaks at Armadillo and Hamburguesas at El Corral gourmet. You will not be sorry. Don't miss Ciclovía on Sunday, when they block off half of carrera septima, right outside the hotel, for walkers, bicyclers and rollerbladers. I had a lovely walk through the city that day. remember your sun screen!

“Hilton Bogotá - A Perfect Experience!”

My husband and I spent four nights at the Hilton Bogotá this past December, and we could not have been more impressed with both the quality of our room and the service of the staff. The room was brand new and beautiful, and in fact we are pretty sure we were the first guests to sleep in its amazingly comfortable bed and enjoy its many other fancy features. But even more importantly, from beginning to end of our stay the staff were attentive and clearly putting 110% into their guest services efforts. The first night we arrived very late and mentioned we wanted to use the safe deposit box. Although it had to be reset by someone who was not still working that late, we were promised that it would get taken care of first thing in the morning. Sure enough, someone called us by 9am to ask if they could come up to our room and deal with the matter. We ordered room service another night, and within an hour of enjoying our delicious meal, the restaurant called up to ask how everything tasted. They went above and beyond in the same way when we ate in the restaurant itself. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful and truly exemplified good customer service. We will certainly stay at this hotel the next time we are in the beautiful city of Bogotá.

“Hilton Bogota”

This hotel is very far from the airport and they don't have a shuttle. I emailed for airport transfer and received confirmation, however, upon arrival there was no one to meet me. A Shereton driver volunteered to call the Hilton and inquire about my pick-up. As a result, I waited one hour for transfer!

Room very comfortable, nice decoration, I stayed alone, room with king size bed, even the hotel is located on a busy street the room is very quiet, air conditioned control in your room it is not usual in Bogota hotels, friendly staff, try everything to make you feel nice and welcome...different style in the hotel restaurant but very taste, nice service. the bussiness center adecuated, it has fast internet service, printer etc. I will recomended this hotel....Thank you

The Hilton Bogota is a great Hotel. All the staff is really nice, friendly and respectful. We had a wonderful time there, their taxi service to the airport (although a little bit more expensive than a regular cab) is recommended, great service form the driver, the vans are clean and super comfortable.
