The hotel room and staff were very nice. The hotel was safe and secure. Location was very convenient and with so much to see and do within 10-15 minute walk. Hotel also has their own shuttle services for extra convenience

The hotel was adequate for our needs as we only slept there. The breakfast which was included did not cater for the British visitors who have travelled a long time to stay there. Rooms were kept clean & tidy. Door staff and waiter called Ronaldo were very welcoming COMPLAINT The water dispenser bottle at the end of the food counter was broken and the water level was often left to go right down resulting in it having to be tipped up. The container when taken away was not replaced with a different one filled up and bought straight out. The time taken did not give enough time for that container to be washed before being filled up. My family of (4)ended up with severe diahhoria on the last 4 days if our holiday. This is the only common denominator as we often filled our water bottles from here. We woukd stay here again as situated in a great spot. But make sure you get a mountain view to avoid road noise and the noisey staff arriving for their shift

Only stayed for a night. The rooms are VERY small but clean. My friend and I booked a room with two beds and they didn’t have the room type available so they gave us two rooms with single beds instead. Not sure if the double bed room would’ve been a better size. That being said the hotel is very clean. Bell staff is nice. Front desk is pretty curt and check in process took a long time.

Amazing and welcoming service. I stayed just for one night, and my flight was departing very early in the morning so they prepared me a breakfast box to carry with me as the breakfast time was later than my check out

All was well-- EXCEPT-- for some reason they had the second elevator shut down during the day on all 5 days I was there. Don't know why they insisted on doing that, but it was a large inconvenience that felt like was not needed.

Not the best hotel I’ve stayed in Bogota, however, this hotel has everything you need. The breakfast is great and their restaurant food is amazing. I was present at the latest earthquake and the staff are well trained to evacuate visitors. Good job!

I was not pleased with my stay at the hotel. I had made reservations weeks prior for 2 rooms with two beds and when I arrived they did not have the rooms I requested available. They were tiny and not what I had requested/paid for. The next day they moved us to try and accommodate us. But still not exactly what we had requested. But we decided to stay. Then they said they finally got the rooms we needed available and asked us to move again. When I asked if we could just stay where we were, they said the couldn’t do that and we needed to stay in the rooms we had originally booked. After we had to accommodate their error, you’d think they would just let us keep our rooms. Well, my parents room had a clogged toilet. When my dad went downstairs to ask for someone to please fix it, they said they didn’t have anyone available at that time and they gave him a bucket so he could try and fix it himself. The walls are also SUPER THIN. We could hear our neighbors too clearly. I would not recommend this hotel.

If you do not stay here, you are missing out. Aside from a clean modern facility, the staff is truly amazing. Nidia and Francisco are just so friendly. My wife and I cannot say enough about them. Also, everyone that checks you in at the front desk are just amazing. We had a health scare and they were so helpful tracking down information/pharmacies for us. People, wherever you stay, buy the people working at hotel, pastries or coffees. It goes a long way in building relationships. Truly puts a smile on everyones face. Again, we cannot say enough about B3. Just excellent. Thank you for hiring such great people. They all deserve a raise.
