“Bogota is really "Chevere"!!!”
Casa Deco is a very nice place to stay. All the people there are fantastic! The neighborhood is very interesting, since it`s located in the historic part of donwtown. You can have a nice time just by walking in this area to see some nice spots such as museums and the Bolivar Square. Highly recommended!!!
“Great place to stay”
Crew was extremely friendly. The style of the hotel is warm and charming. Location is among the best that is possible (close to most interesting sites, yet pretty safe neighborhood). Front desk is good in English, which is very rare in Colombia. Breakfast was always prepared very lovely. There is free internet with laptop, in good working condition. Overall everyone in that hotel gave their best to fulfill every guests wishes.
“Excellent service”
While this hotel is not located in the business area of the city. It was an extremely pleasant surprise for me. It's a cozy hotel with ample and clean rooms topped with a superb attention from their staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you're on vacation and would like to tour Bogota's colonial district. If you travel for business reasons and don't have problems taking daily 15 min. cab trips to the financial/business district, this is also an excellent option. For added privacy and comfort, you might also want to request an indoor room instead of a street view room.
“Best Spot”
Very cute and good neighborhood. Closed to all the sightseeing spot. All the stuff were very friendly and helpful. I will definately use the hotel again.
“Wonderful Hotel in Bogota-Casa Deco”
Wonderful hotel-great breakfast that came with the room-warm helpful people working in the hotel . I felt very safe and secure everywhere in Bogota-we walked all over the Candelaria area and the main plaza and went to museums of Gold and Boltero. Great visit-I would go back anytime. This is in contrast to Panama City where I felt like I would die at any moment and this is the place I always here is so wonderful for Americans to retire. Not for me it is not the place-I prefer Colombia much more. I was really surprised by Panama. I expected to enjoy it much more. The canal was truly wonderful and the sight seeing was beautiful but there was an edge to Panama City I just did not connect with. I do not like being negative about any area but I will not be rushing back to Panama City. I would think the smaller areas of Panama must be where all the excitement is about retiring to Panama. The countryside is beaultiful beyond belief.
“hotel casa deco thumbs up”

“Friendly clean boutique hotel in Bogota”
Excellent small boutique hotel with warm friendly service and good breakfast. Very good rooms too, but careful with noise: the neighborhood can get loud during weekends.
“loved it”
we loved everything about our stay. preferred this neighborhood bc of the restaurants and cafes and access to historical sites. owner and staff go out of their way to provide great service!
“Great choice in Bogota”
Nice hotel and I would recommend it to everyone who wants to visit Bogota and its historic downtown.
“well-situated lovely boutique hotel in old Bogota”
Wonderful property equaled only by delightful staff but room can be quite noisy due to old Bogota, La Candelaria location.
