The staff was great, the place was very clean. It’s a great place for whoever needs to stay nearby the area, unfortunately you also need to be aware that could be very noisy due to the airport.

I was staying a night in Bogotá for a next day flight. I am very particular where I will stay because I use to operate preferred hotels. I saw this hotel was near the bigger chain hotels so I thought with such wonderful reviews I would prefer to stay in a Boutique Hotel! There more like home. The owner of the hotel she was Fantastic!! Her nephew and brother the same! The brother had picked me up and dropped me off at the airport very inexpensive with tip, the nephew who spoke English was so attentive to my needs and the breakfast was made to order with fresh Colombian fruit at its peak. The two lady’s who cooked were friendly and very attentive the food fresh and hot! I had issues with the tickets I thought I had purchased for my flights and the owner let me use the phone and was willing to assist with my little English! I could go on and on! I normally would never leave such a long detailed review but those lovely people at the hotel are honest genuine people who make you feel more than welcome, they make you feel at home! Thank you so much everyone!!You would be a fool to waste your money at one of the larger Chain hotels! You would be missing out if you did!

Transit stay
A small hotel . The hotel is about 15 minutes away from the airport. It has no hotel shuttle service . The can should cost about $6 TO $7 USD .The room was very clean and the owner/manager was very nice and was very helpful ! And was a great host and was very genuine . If you compare to the big brand n hotels in borgata then ! This one was 60% cheaper and I would recommend for a nights night's transit stay . If you can sort your transport to the hotel take a official taxi !! From outside arrivals and tell the use the meter .

I read the reviews and I was skeptical because of all the good reviews. Well they are true, best hidden hotel. The owners and staff are beyon nice, A++. ALL great you with your name and respect. Noice is not that bad being very close to the airport. Very clean. I am comining back.

We stay here every time we make a trip to Bogota. The hotel was just remodeled and is larger and even nicer!! They are like family to us!!

Great little hotel very convenient to the airport Highly recommend for anybody in transit for a short stay near the Bogota airport. The only drawback is access to good restaurants. But they can be had within a 15 minute walk or a short taxi ride.

Very nice small hotel near Eldorado airport
Confort is a clean and comfortable stopping point only 10 minutes drive from the airport. The staff are particularly attentive, communicating with us (spanish) directly prior to our arrival date. No complaints at all, rooms simple but comfortable, plenty of hot water in the shower and a better than average breakfast included. Note the airport flights stop from about midnight to six in the morning.....

A comfortable hotel, with a very good room layout. I stayed at this hotel and will stay again next time I am in BOG. The best part of this hotel is the distance to the airport. The hotel service is great and so is the place, it is located 3 blocks away from the main bus station and the neighborhood is a very quiet place to sleep. The hotel staff is very friendly.

Bogota at it's best!
A botuique hotel only ten minutes from the airport. They offer airport shuttle service and a great breakfast. Rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. Very hot water in comfy shower. Nothing bad to say. Geat people operate this place!

Recommended with some hesitation b/c of glitches.
This hotel makes a wonderful first impression: family-run, spotlessly clean, very accommodating staff (I got an offer of a pick up from the bus stop to arrive and a ride to the commercial centre for dinner). However, the room is quite small (fine for a single person) and noisy at times (sound--short-lived-- carries from the lobby). I heard the planes through my ear plugs but fell asleep anyway. My complaints are more specific: the requested wake up call was 5 minutes late and the shuttle to take me to the airport never came! I waited 15 minutes and finally had to take a taxi. It turned out not to be a problem because the airport was practically empty but it was nerve-racking. I don't understand what happened since breakfast was ready for me as requested (in fact I understood it was to be take-away at that early hour but in fact it was hot). Why not the shuttle? No apology or explanation was forthcoming. Small point: I didn't notice at the time but the bill was $10 more than the price quoted by Expedia. I understand the actual price may differ somewhat but $10??? A change in the currency rate doesn't explain it.

I stayed there overnight, they picked me up from the airport in the middle of the night, which was great for me. The hotel was clean, looks nice and the guy there was very friendly. Breakfast was good. I usually don't write reviews, however I am happy to recommend this simple yet comfortable hotel to others. Note.... This is a simple hotel, don't expect a resort. This a house made into a hotel. I would stay again.

Very quiet place.
This "home" hotel, as many in Bogota, is nice place to rest after a long journey. Very small rooms but comfortable. There is no shopping centers or restaurants near to the hotel. Free shuttle from the airport it's a nice detail.

The website says transportation to hotel and airport provided. They lied you have to pay for one way. Also I left several messages the day of my arrival with pick up information and they did not respond. I arrived late in Bogota and took a cab. The driver cautioned us that it was a bad neighborhood. DON'T RISK IT......

Disaster from start to finish
I was staying in Bogota overnight before a connection the next morning. When I arrived at the airport, I could not find the driver. After the driver borrowed money from me to pay parking, which he never repaid, he took us to the hotel. After I completed check-in, I was informed that the hotel was full and that I would be taken to another property for a room. Once we got there, I had to repeat the entire check-in process. The hotel quality was very poor, and the room was terrible: small, dirty, and not soundproof at all. When the driver took me back to the airport in the morning, he informed me only upon arrival that there was a significant fee for the "second" ride. I will never make the mistake of reserving with this hotel again.

This is a nice clean place, convenient for a short stay because it's close to the airport. Staff is very friendly and courteous. The neighborhood is not that great but it is safe as it is most of Bogota. Security personnel is found everywhere in Bogota and places where most tourists visit.

Booked a room for my mom to stay there for a couple of nights, she was really happy with cleanliness of the room, the service and the personalized attention from the owners. It is a great place to stay for a convenient price. The pick up / droop off service at the airport was a really good service too.
