“Great hotel”

Got a weekend rate which made my stay even better.... great breakfast, friendly staff and a surprise in the morning with a complimentary sedan to the airport. I highly recommend this hotel.

“Good Value”

Close enought to the airport and few feet from US embassy. Good location to tour Bogota. Humonmgous Shopping Center down the street (10 blocks) about 2USD by taxi. Good breakfast, helpful bellboy. Fast internet in the room. View not so good, but who cares if is only for sleeping and relaxing. Excellent price.

This hotel is a good quality hotel, with friendly and efficient service. The hotel runs a shuttle bus to the airport which is very convenient

“Great hotel not too far from airport”

A nice hotel with an excellent breakfast, about 10 minutes from the airport. If you need a good place to stay near the airport but dont want to waste money on a night you will spend just at the hotel, this is an excellent option.

“Friendly Hotel”

Pretty reasonaly priced for a Bogota Hotel. The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to help me to prin some documents that I needed. The hotel itself is very comfortable but my only complaint was that the walls are kinda thin and at 4am when about 3 or 4 rooms around me had to wake up, you could hear the guests walking around in their heels on the the parque floors and all the showers going. The hotel does have free pickup and dro-off to/from the International or domestic airports just ask. Overall a very nice hotel and I would recommend it to most.

“Magnífico”

The hotel was being renovated when I was there but it did not effect my stay. I stayed four nights and had no problems. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. Most employees were bilingual in both english and spanish. I requested a room with one king sized bed but was given a room with two twin beds. Before I could get my jacket off, the bell hop had already alerted the receptionist and it was corrected immediately. They provide free wifi, which by my experience in Colombia, was very fast. I was able to stream movies on my laptop without interruption. They also have a business center with computers and a printer if needed. The restaurant has good food but expect American prices. There are also great restaurants right down the street. If you like hot wings, a place "Angus Steak and Beer", has excellent hot wings and also very good steak. I have stayed at other Estelar Hotels, and all are nice hotels but the one in Bogota, was the most friendly and accommodating. When I return to Bogota I will be staying here again. Although, their exchange rate is off by about 1500 COP. Depending on how much money you are exchanging, you may want to find a better exchange prior to going to the Hotel.

“Close to the Airport, Far away from Tourist Attractions”

Comfortable rooms, great service and friendly staff. Great if you have an early flight out of El Dorado Airport but far away from interesting tourist attractions. Scary neighborhood...the outside looks deceiving...once you're in your room it is great. Stay at the 8th floor.

“Overpriced, for what it is.”

Don't be fooled by the photos. The room was clean but the bed and pillows were worn and not comfortable. The shower was cold. They tried to charge us for the airport shuttle even though a big selling point for us was that it was supposed to be included. In a pinch it might be okay but for half the price they were charging considering it's just a stop over point in a not-so-cute neighborhood 4-5 miles from the airport (one page claimed that it is ONE mile from the airport. NOT TRUE) All the "airport hotels" are on that same street. One positive was that the people were friendly.
