Property is good and comfy. Property needs a little facelift as it is an old hotel. I appreciate the big rooms which is almost as big as a small apartment. Will come back for sure.

Great value on weekends...
Overally good experience! Staff was nice, fridge temperature was optimal and rooms are spacious. A little bit old style and lighting is not the best at night, but would stay again for sure.

Personnel in the reception, bar, dinning, garage provides outstanding services, attendant for the continental breakfast has room for improvement if he wants to collect some gratuities, also noticed some more general items, but we were really impressed by the customer serviced, we felt as in home. Use to be a good hotel. It has significantly deteriorated due to lack of maintenance. The food is terrible. The place is noisy most days, specially on weekends. The manager is impolite. The front desk and bell boy staff are very nice. Unfortunately will not go back after this visit.

The location is great. The rooms are spacious. The hotel is older and very noisy based on the open architecture and a failure to try and limit disruptions from guests and events. The infrastructure is suffering. This includes Internet and TV. Various staff were very attentive and others were just present. Smoking was permitted just outside the main doors and filtered back into the lobby and worse to the open dining areas and restaurant. The restaurant food was excellent. Also, room service was very good.

Great buffet breakfast w a great variety of tropical fruits and coffees. Fantastic location. We walked to Parque 93, CC Andino and Zona T. We also walked on the cycling way to Usaquen. This is our third stay and this hotel is the best deal in Bogota. The Suite is large and has a jacuzzi.

Clean three room suites are large and have a small balcony over Calle 95. The hotel is just two blocks east of a more hectic business area. Quiet upscale neighborhood with a 24hr grocery two blocks away. Shopping, dining, coffee shops. I noticed Google Columbia office building is a block over. Very enjoyable hotel.

They gave us a room which had two windows. Each window opened to only a brick wall view with no view and very little outside light. It was very disappointing to say the least.
