Terrible facilities and location

Pros: internet is very fast.
Cons: Everything except the internet and the TV
Terrilble room, the exhaust fan is connected with the light switch in the bathroom and the exhaust has too much noise. The wall is too thin and kids playing outside the room or anybody walking by will create too much noise. There is not even a chair to sit in the room. Beds are terribly small. No resturant service in the hotel. Breakfast is terrible. Staff doesn't speak any English. I will not recommend it to anyone and will never stay in this hotel again.

Not shuttle. Expensive for 2 square room

Pros: Around are many food sites and many many hotels that are much better and cheaper than this one.
Cons: All ... please dont lie about the free shuttle

It is terrible. I expected a shuttle even know I wrote them a week ago that we were going there and it says free airport hotel shuttle in expedia I even called them 2 days before ..guess nobody where there to pick up us .. so I paid a taxi they charge me $15. And when we arrived to the hotel did not want to paid the taxi driver so I paid. Next day the manager try to compense me with $5 to paid the taxi fee and want me to signature or put my firm in a receipt that said "I receive a $5 for paying the taxi fee in a total re-embolse condition" which I refuse to do it... the next day I want to pay the hotel stay they chargeme $85 at 1,920 pesos colombian money so I paid ..after I did that I try to change a $50 in colombian pesos and they said that they woul change me at 1,500pesos colombianos and my friends it is not honest because outside they change me at 1,900 for each dollar..so if they do that what can we expect.. also the breakfast is only eggs not more and coffe ot orange juice.. nothing more.

3 Star is an understatement

What this hotel lacks in luxury it makes up in great service. The hotel was great. Clean, comfortable. Better service than most 5 Star hotels Great Staff Great breakfast made to order. Very impressed Will stay again!
