Disappoint

This is the second time i stayed … this time, something doesn't works with the window, didn´t close well, so was noisy and cold. I ask to the staff for help, but they didn`t pay attention, and don´t even go to see the issue.

A pleasant hotel

Pros: The night shift staff are very nice and helpful. I wish they can have them work the day shift since they speak perfect English
Cons: Breakfast
Location is very nice. The hotel caters mostly to business people. They wake up early and make lot of noise. Breakfast is terrible. the layout of the rooms is inconvenient: stairs to the bath, sink in the middle of the room, windows are weird..

Nice but noisy.

The hotel is nice. Modern and staff is friendly/helpful. However, the noise level is unbearable. The walls are not thick enough and noise from the aisle and neighbor's TV can be heard inside the room. Worse yet, music from nearby bars can be heard loudly as if it was playing in the room.

Great Service

I had a very pleasant stay. They need to work on a nicer restaurant, breakfast options are limited. The first night they moved me to another hotel because mine was booked. Next morning Monica was waiting for me to apologize, and offered a complimentary night for the inconvenience.

I arrived at the hotel my first night and at the font desk they said there was an inconvenience and that my room wasn't available for the first night. The guy at the front desk said that this had also happened to another guest earlier that day, so clearly this is occurs often. They sent me to another hotel the first night however I had interviews scheduled for the original hotel and had to return. They delivered a dessert 'on the house' the next day to apologize for the inconvenience. That is unacceptable.

Unbeatable service

In all my years of travelling, I have never stayed in a hotel where the service has been so good. Everyone on the staff showed an amazing willingness to help, at all times. Everything was done with a smile. The hotel was perfectly located in the commercial centre of Bogota. My room was large and comfortable. I will certsinly be making this hotel my "home from home" in Bogota.

Excelente servicio. Ideal para negocios

Pros: Ubicación, alimentos, bebidas y sobre todo el servicio. Su personal es súper amables. Han hecho un gran trabajo.
Cons: Nada
Location: Está ubicado cerca del Parque de la 93 donde hay muchos restaurantes, cafeterías y sitios para disfrutar la rumba colombiana.
Un hotel estupendamente bien ubicado, moderno y con una gran calidez y servicio de su personal. Mi experiencia en viaje de negocios fue excelente.
