Reservation differences and troubles

Pros: Area, building is OK, communication, friendly employees.
Cons: Considering the difference in system, not easy to answer.
Location: Qite zone at night, busy commercial activity duting the day, closeness to a popular and very attractuve enterteinment zone (which s (no space? )...
(no text accepted in No. 1 or 2 above) It is not a hotel, but an aparthotel. This created lots of differences and problems at check-in, but with goodwill from the client and the representative, things were briought to a good end. The reservation system lacked: Knowledge of the real hotel phone. Conditions, regulations, etc. And the reservations should allow communication with Expedia at any time, not to refer it to the hotel (no phone in this case) But things went OK anyway.
