“10th Anniversary Celebration”

This was our 2nd visit to the Radisson Royal Bogota Hotel. Apart from being for a special occasion, it is very central to a number of attractions in Bogota - the Hacienda Santa Barbara and Santa Ana Shopping Centres but also the historic Usaquen dining precinct. The hotel staff are knowledgeable and friendly and the hotel itself is very much a home a way from home.

As of Sept 2007 there is a lot of construction near the Radisson which damage the view and lead to a little extra noise, but it is a nice hotel. The service is friendly and the security seems pretty vigilent. The restaurant has a fairly nice gym and some decent restaurants including one of the great 'La Fragata' seafood restaurants.

“Radisson Royal Bogota”

I have stayed in many places in Bogota. I keep coming back to the Radisson because of the price and location as long as you book with Expedia. Don't get me wrong the service is good as well. This hotel is more for the business person but as a tourist I found this hotel to be all I needed. The food is OK but I found myself checking out all the places in Bogota instead. There is also two malls close to this hotel. Yes one with Crepes and Waffels (My Favorite). You need a gym and swimming pool? The Radisson will meet or exceed your needs based on other hotel in Bogota. Oh yeah, the business center has internet access which is usally included on the Expedia options.

“Good business hotel”

I was there 2 nights on business. The service was good and security seemed tight. The food in the main lounge was excellent. The gym is small but adequately equipped and clean. Overall one of the best hotels that I am familiar with in Bogota.

“Top 5 in Bogota (of large hotels)”

Hotel was slightly less than expectation from a size and amenities standpoint. It is essentially fair, personell is corteous though slightly confused at times. Hotel is a nice area of Bogota. Elevators are small.

“American Standards”

This hotel is really the same as any Radisson in the US you cant go wrong the rooms are nice but a suite is really not a suite!!! just a normal room with couch but the hotel is very clean comfortable and for the price you wont find any thing close in Bogota this city is very expensive,so watch out my personal oppinion 4out of 5 for the Raddisson Bogota Good job

“Top 5 in Bogota”

The hotel is well located near a couple of malls. The hotel is not as large as the full office building shown on the picture, so it does not have many amenities, but rooms are just fine and pretty good service overall. There was some confusion in honoring the 2 adult rate from expedia. If you extend, do it by reserving with expedia again, otherwise you get a different rate.
