“Not a fan of Bogota but I liked this hotel”

The breakfast could be a lot better and they need to fix the internet reception in the rooms. On the weekend you will hear your neighbors "celebrating" but the neighborhood is very nice and the staff take care of things in a timely manner.

“Convenience”

Very convenient if you are going to Corferias. Did not like that in the Expedia page the offer shuttle service from and to the airport but that service does not exist.

“Excellent suite boutique hotel”

Beautifully furnished and modern suites. New and well kept in a quiet area. Excellent for a short or longer stay. The discounted price was an excellent value. Was unable to contact the hotel upon arrival at the airport. No answer and the message also said the number had been changed but gave the same number I called. The Expedia site showed airport shuttle was included, however, hotel said that was only a special offer for last February and is not covered. I had to pay a $10 taxi fare to get there but the hotel did pay for my return cab fare after I questioned what was included. Other than that, a wonderful boutique hotel.

“Obscure neigherhood, inconsiderate service.”

Barrio fue malo. Neighborhood was bad. Wanted to use jacuzzi but they did not tell me I needed to reserve it. So later they would not let me use it. Said it was reserved. Even though the first thing I asked them was about using jacuzzi. But the room was clean and well decorated. Close to US embassy which was what I wanted. But was so deep in obscure neighborhood that the taxi drivers couldn't even find it. go somewhere else.

“Noisy”

The hotel is very noisy. My first stay was in the second floor and I could hear all the noise in the lobby by the staff and even the restaurant. My second stay I was given a room in the third floor which was located by some construction site... Being with my 3 year old toddler and having a long flight coming ahead, I was hoping to be able to sleep late in order to be rested for a long journey. Wrong. At 7am my little son and I, were waken up by heavy machinery and loud noise. I complained to the manager and although she apologized, did nothing to make it up considering the huge inconvenience this was for me. They would not even offer complementary coffee bags in the room (they made me pay for one I requested)... Not sure if I would go back to this property.

“okay”

Don't stay in the back side rooms ,always in the front side ,soo your room be on the main street which is much quieter then the back ,in the back we couldn't sleep because of all kind baby crying and yelling from the neighbors, other then that the hotel is okay ,breakfast was okay ,the staff was good ,helpful and very respectful ,
