Close to stores and diningPosted Jun 20, 2013 on Hotels.com
I had a great stay at the Richmond suite they took care of all my needs, the room was clean, the stores and the dining room very close by, they had a lot of channels to offer and the breakfast was great! I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would come back and stay here again if I have that opportunity!!!

Clean and comfortable and safePosted Apr 28, 2013 on Hotels.com
We were very happy with our stay at Richmond Suites. However, it is more of a business hotel than a tourist hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful but only a couple spoke English. That did not matter to us as everyone did all they could to assist us. Our room had a kitchen but no plates, pots etc. Again, this was not a problem as the restaurants are quite inexpensive and we really wanted the suite for the extra room, not the cooking facitlites. Had we asked for these things, I'm sure they would have supplied them.

Comfortable, affordable hotel close to Parque 93Posted Apr 9, 2013 on Hotels.com
I had a pleasant stay for 4 nights at Richmond Suites in Bogota. The location is excellent and the rooms are quite spacious. I had a junior suite, which included a small kitchen. Just be aware the neighborhood can get a little noisy though. Also, there is a small "resort fee" in addition to what you will pay on hotels.com (about $3 per day).

Good for business travellersPosted Apr 7, 2013
Pros: Clean and comfortable, helpful staff
Cons: Calle 93 can be busy and noisy.
Location: Parque de la 93 is nearby for a range of restaurants.
Good hotel for business travellers. Located in the business area, but quite a long way from the centre of Bogota. The nearby Parque de la 93 has a wide variety of cafés and restaurants. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Calle 93 is very busy and gridlocked at rush hours, so it can be a bit noisy.

GREAT HOTEL!Posted Feb 22, 2013
Cons: Room Service Menu
Perfect location for us & close about a 2-3 minute cab ride to the area of our appointments while there. Great hotel felt like home after spending 8 days there. Very safe, great staff, very large rooms w/full kitchen, quiet block. We left the memory card to our camera so we were not able to take pictures of the room to share. The pictures the hotel has posted are right on accurate. The previous time I visited Bogota I stayed in the Rosales area. Much nicer area more upscale a few miles down. However this time the hotels were priced way to high for the week we were going so we booked at Richmond an area they call CHICO. Next door to this hotel there is a small mart that also has a kitchen. I found the food there better then the hotel food for 1/2 the price cheaper. Excellent grilled chicken breast plate and steak!! Overall great experience & plan on staying there again.
