“2nd time back”
Stayed for the 2nd time at the Sheraton Bogota on my way back from Canada in November 2011. This time I was upgraded to the 9th floor and had a choice of the included breakfast on the 10th floor, at the exclusive Club, or the 2nd floor general restaurant. The room was comfortable with all the usual amenities and they don't charge for using the provided disposable razor, tooth brush etc as the Intercontinental in Cali does. The desk staff are bilingual and porters, etc. are very polite and accommodating. I emailed ahead of time and gave my flight number and arrival time and there was a rep. at the airport with a sign who received me and had the shuttle come to pick me up. Checkout time is a reasonable 1:00 p.m. and it is about a 15 minute shuttle ride to the airport depending on traffic. Although not cheap, it is a very nice hotel with an excellent staff and service.

The Sheraton at the Bogota airport was a very pleasant palce to saty at. I cannot say enough nice things about how polite everyone was. I have reccomended to all my family and friends.
