Nice hotel close to Bogota Airport

Pros: The pool, and the room service food.
Location: less than 10 minutes from the airport.
We stayed at the Sheraton for our last night in Colombia. Impressed by the room, lovely (and affordable) cocktails in the Bar, and great room service menu. The hotel has a small gym, but a larger than expected swimming pool. Perfect for what we needed.

Pros: Very close to my office. Good price.
Cons: Employees at the parking area are huge. For twice my driver was pushed to leave the entrance because the shuttle arrived and there´s no place to 2.
Location: There are several hotel close to Sheraton and you can alternate where to go dinner.
Good Experience. Good Food. Good Services. Very clean. Good swimpool. Need a better gymnasium.

Poor Service

I arrived in the morning before check in time. The clerk seemed unwilling to check me in early and told me to come back at 1pm. I had an early flight the next morning. When I did check in, I told them about my early flight. They offered a wake up call and to bring coffee to my room. I asked for the wake up call at 2 am. The wake up call and the coffee never happened. Overall the staff seemed too busy to accommodate their guests. I will be going to Bogota again but I won't be staying at this Sheraton.

GRAN HOTEL EN UNA GRAN CIUDAD

Es un hotel que además de comodidad, ofrece servicios varios. El único inconveniente son los precios del room service que me parecen exagerados.

Disappointing service at Sheraton Bogota

Bad Internet connection, problems with registration of booking extra night and they forgot wake-up call. Sheraton normally has higher standards.
