“Best in Bogota”

You cannot do better in Bogota. The hotel is truly top-notch on all counts. The rooms are comfortable, quiet, and with full amenities. The staff is friendly and helpful. And the neighborhood is full of great restaurants, movie theaters, shops. Safe too. My wife and I stayed at the Sofitel Bogota on two separate occasions in June. We cannot reccomend the hotel highly enough.

I usually stay at the Sofitel Santa Clara in Cartagena so I am familiar with the brand. I needed flowers delivered and they handled it without a flaw. I will stay there again when visiting Bogota.

The Sofitel Victoria Regia in Bogota excelled in every category. Location: perfect, right in the Zona Rosa with terrific restaurants, cafes, and bars within a 5 minute walk. Very safe and upscale area. Service: top-notch. Arranged dinner reservations, excursions, cars, etc. without any issues. Room: we stayed in a regular room and a suite at two different points on our trip, and both rooms were modern and clean with extremely comfortable beds, good shower water pressure, etc. Can't recommend this hotel highly enough for any type of traveler to Bogota.

This was my favorite hotel in Colombia (also stayed at the Santa Clara in Cartagena and Hotel Dann Carlton in Medellin). - safe, great location (near Zona T with all the restaurants) - warm, welcoming and knowledegable staff - quality restaurant (they'll offer things off the menus) - free Internet/wifi service - beautifully decorated rooms - excellent service - luxurious amenities without being overpriced

“Great for night life”

Good central location in business and restaurant area. Tourist sites and museums about 20-30 minutes by taxi, depending on traffic. Once you have returned to hotel from days activities, evenings can be on foot with many options. Hotel restaurant just OK, walk down the street.
