Nice hotel next to a shopping center.

Very friendly people, rooms were clean and conffortable. Located on a nice are area. Next to a shopping center and a 24 hours supermarket.

Nice hotel for business

Pros: Money for value Staff
Cons: Room need to have more lights
Location: Near to Unicentro. A nice shopping mall with food variaties
Hotel was good in terms of value for Money. Good internet speed, nice staff and very good room. only problem is the distance from Airport. 45 minutes. I got sick there and they sent me something that i requested to heal me with no charge.

The slowest most inefficient Check in - check out

Pros: Room was ok.
Cons: Costumer service, front desk.
The check in took over half an hour, same as check out, even though there were not very occupied. They would not give us an invoice under our company name (like we get in EVERY single hotel) the excuse was that since the reservation was made through EXPEDIA then it was impossible for them to change it, which was a lie since the first night we stayed the person that did our check out was able to print the invoice with the required information. So it was obvious the lack of empathy and willingness to help us.

Forget the bog boys

in the past I have stayed at the Radisson whoch is where all business people tend to migrate, but this is so much better an option. In a good location too. Modern Rooms, safes big enough to fit your belongings into etc etc.
