Sonesta Hotel Bogota

This was a great place to stay. I only wish we could have stayed longer. The free buffet breakfast was amazing.

The hotel is very modern and cool, nice gym, good breakfast, great location, rooms are awesome and excellent staff. The only reason why I rated 4 was because being such a new and modern hotel, it only has one power outlet near by the desk and the lamp is already using one spot so you have one left for your Laptop, iPhone, iPad and Camera... really???. The other alternative is to move the night stands and you'll find another power outlet with only one spot available.

Nice Hotel, in front of Unicentro Shopping Mall Ne and modern

My wife had an operation to remove a brain tumor. I could not put her up in an apartment, where she would have to take care of her self. The staff and personnel here were amazing in taking care of her every need. This is not the first time we had to do this, so the staff was already organized to accomodate her. Many, many thanks,

The staff super friendly, most able to communicate in English. The location was great and anything that you needed to travel to the Hotel always had drivers available. Unicentro across the street had anything you needed including, casinos and a grocery store. Multiple restaurants including TGI Friday's are part of the Hotel complex. The Hotel is located in a very safe area, I walked all directions and had no issues. Overall the Hotel was very clean, the rooms comfortable and the location great.

My wife had Brain surgery at FCI and could not stay in an apartment since needs to be taken care off. The staff at the hotel were amazing. They took care of every wish or whim that hse had. This is not only a great hotel for business or family vacation but the level of professionalism and care makes it recommendable for special needs people as well. Thank you so much.

Room Service good and quick. Front desk dismall. called a few times with questions and was told without exception that i would call back with an answer. to date, no response. the location had very little to offer.

The location is convenient (next to a 24 hr grocery). Room is clean & staff are good. I booked king size bed 2 months before my trip, but the first night we need to stay in a 2 double beds room and they told us "they are fully booked" - Can you believe that ?. Also we have problem with wifi (not stable) during the whole time we stayed there plus the last night we have serious water leakage from our bathroom roof (the room upstairs must be flooded) that they have to switch us to another room at middle of night. This is our first time to Colombia so we don't expect much. But overall it is in a safe neighbor and lots of restaurant near by.

I was impressed with the hotel.You could tell it was newly built and very tastefully decorated. A shopping mall was across the street. The overall neighborhood was good. I felt safe ( for Bogata) For the cost an excellent value.

the room, a stundard double on the 6th floor was very nicse and super convinient and spacious. nice bathroom. both in slieek modern stile. breakfast was of good quolity and choice. the only drawback was the distence from la candelaria which ment a verry long time spent going to the main touristic points of interest in the city.
