La carpeta de la habitación muy sucia, no jabón, no gorro de baño, ninguna de las cosas básicas ofrecidas en un hotel de mediana categoría. Problemas con el toilet. No volvería .

Tryp by Wyndam in Usaquen
Hotel in Usaquen that is located in area close to high concentration of medical services; including plastic surgery services. Hotel was quiet and pleasant. Staff was courteous and accommodating and place was clean. Showerhead broke in first use, but ‐ like at home - things happen. Breakfast was included in booking price, though unexplainedly became unavailable (seemingly due to construction) half way through stay. For me though, it was not critical as I'm not a breakfast person per se, but.... it did afford the opportunity to visit an artisean bakery a block away (Dona Diche), which I HIGHLY recommend if you happen to book this hotel.

Very professional staff & delicious breakfast
The staff were very friendly. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was the best possible stay we could have. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. It was very filling and very tasty. The room service was really good. The rooms were cleaned and absolutely spotless. It really was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great restaurant view
The hotel itself is great. Personnel is very professional and cordial. My room had a wet spot near the mini fridge so I’d like to think the cleaning personnel didn’t notice. Other than that and fact it takes like 10 min to get warm water, it was ok. The restaurant on the 10th floor has a magnificent view, when I had coffee there then warm water situation didn’t matter anymore!

Location in the Usaquen area is the best feature if this hotel. However, the property does not meet the basics for a three star hotel. The good - it's location in the Usquen area makes accesibility to medical clinics, restaurants and shopping centers quite seamless. The staff is very hospitable and accomodating. The breakfast is good, a little more variety would make it better. We did dinner on one night in the restaurant and were wonderfully surprised. The presentation and taste scored high. Cleanliness is also a good feature of this hotel. The bad - I think I will need a chiropracter after sleeping 5 nights in that bed. It's hard like cement! And this is one of the basics for a good rating for a hotel. I had hard times sleeping on that uncomfortable bed and as a result was feeling tired during the day. Another thing, bring your own towel cause the sandpaper provided in the room can really irritate any sensitive skin. There is no mats in the toilet or shower area so you will need to throw a thowel on the floor to avoid slipping or stepping on cold tiles. The toilet paper holder was broken. The room can be noisy if you have noisy neighbours. Note: to get hot water put the faucet at cold and vice versa. There is no tv service for english speaking customers. I can see me returning to this hotel for a 1 or max 2 nights stay. If for longer stays I will opt for another hotel.

The shower was liking and was not fixed from the first day to the last. The bathroom sink was missing the drain trapping. The dirty towels were not changed. The quality of the breakfast is not the same like previously.

This is a pretty basic hotel in Usaquen. It was my first time trying this brand so didn’t know what to expect but chose it mainly due to the view from the rooms and it being walking distance from the Mercado de Las Pulgas. We had 2 rooms. When I checked into mine, I noticed it was extremely tight. The table was literally in front of the bed. Then we went to my in law’s room and noticed his had a bit more space so luckily they were able to move us. The room also had a weird smell of cigarette/wet smell. The second room was not as bad but still had a smell. My shower door didn’t close all the way and it was hard to hang my towel back in the rack without stepping on the shower. The toilet didn’t have walls all the way up to the ceiling so you dont get a lot of privacy as they can hear you do your business. I appreciate that the hotel is environmentally friendly but the hallways were always dark until you step into them which is kinda weird and can be even unsafe. The rate was reasonable and included breakfast in their top floor. I did appreciate the view. Breakfast was pretty basic with some eggs, breads, soup, juices, cereal, etc. We also went up one night for coffee and dessert and it was not bad. Overall, it’s a fine hotel if you want to be more north in Bogota and you can walk to the church/plaza area where you’ll find people selling crafts.

Service at the front counter was terrible and after traveling for hours you think there would be someone to help with the luggage, but nope! And the rooms are so tiny! Pictures are very deceiving! I would not recomend the hotel! But if you must stay there go to the restaurant on the 10th floor! Only good thing!

Wyndham rewards-program must grant nights for staying at your hotels, regardless of where I got my booking, and if the price I get is "cheaper", then grant the percentage of your "full-official price", but not zero.

I like the hotel, is very clean a we’ll located at bogota, also is modern style. What i dont like is their employees don’t know how to threat customers, they’re rude, and they don’t make things easier for you.. “ they make walk 30 minutes because he doesn’t want to take a $20 dollar bill allegedly because they don’t have change for that, also they charge me for a guess, wich they don’t tell me nothing about that when i make the reservation.

Nice hotelroom, good location, but the lady from housekeeping would not change the sheets even though we kept requesting her to do it for 3 days in a row. You are also supposed to leave your towels on the floor if you want them changed. Turns out they sometimes take the dirty towel from the floor, fold it and place it back as if it is a clean one. We found out because one day we came back to the hotel room shortly after the room was supposedly cleaned and found our towels were folded but still wet from the shower taken earlier and it had hairs on it. Also, found hair cooked into the pasta ordered from room service. Definitely will NOT be staying at this hotel again and would NOT recommend it.
